Also, it was no longer graded correctly so water wasn't draining away from house. Jeremy and team worked hard, replaced everything, built-up the patio foundation and laid the new tiles with artisan-level of perfection. We are very pleased with the work. I received the estimate, it was a fair price, I agreed & hired H&A. They said they would be available to do the job in 2 to 3 weeks. Low & behold, 6 days later they became available and completed the job. What a professional and great crew. The company is great, the work is superior.
