I called on a Friday afternoon to see if they had space for a walk-in. I was surprised to hear them say yes. They were able to get me in not even 2 hours later. It's located in the medical plaza right off of 56th, so there is plenty of parking close by. It can be hard to miss, so just make sure you don't go inside the building because it's located to the right next to the entrance. Ken and his family were so kind and welcoming. I didn't have to wait at all. We were able to chat throughout my whole appointment and I got to hear about why they started their business, why they moved from Vietnam and all about their family. It was a great conversation. On top of that, they did a fantastic job with my nails. I was actually so impressed that I called my mom and told her that this was our new nail salon. They have plenty of colours to choose from and also offer waxing services. Will update my review once I've tried out their waxing services. Until then, thank you Ken and family for doing such a wonderful job with my nails... it's been a few days and they still look perfect!

I was so stressed and my back was so tensed and stiff. I also had lower back problems due to sciatica. I was relieved after going to this place. Even my neck muscles were relieved from their tension. I can move it loosely unlike before. I was studying for an exam and needed to relax. This did it! She was very thorough! The place is very clean. The ambiance is suithing! I have no complaints about the finished product, my finger nails and toes nails look great. The employee that helped me was respectful to listen to my wishes of not cutting into my cuticles too much and she also asked if I wanted to use the razor (which I always forget to ask them not to do). They also started to discolor to an awful orange color (they were originally pastel pink). I called to see what could be done, and I was told by Cara that she was surprised they even lasted this long. That I probably did something to make them come off, like dye my hair, or wash my hands in hot water. This place was terrible and I will never go back. Don't waste your money..
