If I could give more then 5 stars I would…read more Wednesday night I went to drive home to enjoy my day off Thursday at home, knowing my alternator was giving me trouble. I planned to fix it. But i only made as far as 5 miles down the highway south of mt Vernon. I got my car towed to anacortes automotive. After hours and left a voice mail. I came in at opening and explained the symptoms and what work was recently down. They fit my car into the schedule the next day. My battery still under warranty, at Les Schwab, needed to be replaced. And they took the time to goto Les schwab and get a replacement battery and fix my car that day sonic was ready for pick up when I was off work at the refinery. They went above and beyond. My car was dirty, and I didn't want to show up around family look like I don't love my car. When I pulled up here, I thought it was a mistake, because it didn't look like an automated car wash. The set up here was touchless which was a bonus, but based on the weak infrastructure, it's not designed to remove dirt and grime. I think this is a great setup for summer when you car gets dusty or spotty from rain, but I would give this place about a C for overall cleanliness and $14, it's almost twice as expensive as my local Costco Carwash which cleans and dries my cars better and over more services as well. In a pinch, this place will do, but I wouldn't tell anyone it's a must stop. This place has 3 star potential, but the price would either need to come down or the clean would need to be improved.

We tried jumping it ourselves, and even an employee from the store came out to help, but nothing worked. Then Trev showed up like an angel. Not only did he get the car started, but he refused to charge us a dime. Who does that anymore?! In a world where kindness can sometimes feel rare, Trev reminded us that there are still genuinely good people out there. Thank you, Trev! You truly are an angel.
