I wanna specifically mention Dr. Laskovski And Dr. Scully, I found to be above and beyond. I also want to mention Max and Physical Therapy and doing dry. Needling has been amazing. The receptionist in Hudson for the orthopedic doctors. I believe her name is Cheryl is exceptionally kind and friendly. Unfortunately, the receptionist in the Physical Therapy are not so kind and friendly or helpful.

I cancelled all remaining appointments and was told I would get a call from scheduling. It took about a month to get a return call. I was then told their equipment was broken and I should go to UH, when I asked about reimbursement for myself and my insurance I was told no. Now I am unable to get the PT I need because insurance will not pay for another assessment. Do yourself a favor and just start with UH! They are honest and upfront unlike Summa.

They rotate, so they are not all there all the time, but it is still pretty easy to be seen when needed and to book well-checks too! The "sick" waiting room is seperated from the "well" waiting room. There are book shelves in both rooms and a large fish tank in the "sick" waiting room. Both rooms are very large and both are clean and neat. The bathroom is very clean as well. They just recently expanded and added another Nurse Practitioner for the easy things. They have weekend hours as well. I've always had friendly and courteous service. Our pediatrician of choice has become one of the family!! LOVE IT HERE!!!!

Unfortunately my little nugget got sick out of nowhere three days before she was in a wedding. I'm…read morenot from the area so I called around and was advised to take her to Urgent Care at Akron's Children's Hospital of Hudson. We arrived at 2:15 and were immediately greeted by the front desk staff and checked in. After a painless checkin process we were called back about five minutes later. She and I were escorted to a room by the nurse and not even ten minutes later the doctor comes in. I could not believe how quickly it was all going. The doc was so sweet and took the time to talk to us. You could tell she was one of the good ones. In the end The diagnoses was an ear infection. She prescribed her an antibiotic and we went on our merry way all within 20-30 minutes. I can't praise them enough on how they treated my sicky girl and me.
