Fast turnaround on e-results to the doctor, however... Results were later mailed to me at my workplace in a gigantic white and multi-colored envelope plastered with the Labcorp logo and a huge "IMPORTANT CONFIDENTIAL *RUSH* MEDICAL INFORMATION ENCLOSED" graphic... Gotta say: THAT I don't appreciate. For a facility that should be aware of information sensitivity, discretion, and confidentiality, that is unacceptable. Mail passes through many hands including employers and managers before it gets to me, and I'd appreciate a little more subtlety. My tests were fairly run of the mill, but for the sake of everyone, please use a less-conspicuous envelope and plain text for potentially sensitive medical results.

Only one person working, took 45 minutes before we were called back. Phlebotomist left the doctors' orders for previous 2 patients on the counter for all to see...major HIPAA violation! We had orders from 2 doctors and she didn't know how to mark which doctor got which results. Results were not sent to either doctor, so after 2 weeks I had each office call LabCorp for the results. Both doctors were confused why results for tests they didn't order were sent to them. Will NOT go back.

Strange going to a drug store to have the blood tests that your doctor ordered done, isn't it?…read more Well don't fret, this Labcorp facility, which was clearly installed as an after thought, is a little downtrodden, but the people inside, the people who matter, are competent, efficient, and they don't hurt you! They take care of you and are glad to answer your questions. Granted, the high tech automated check in system is confusing and changes often, but that's not the fault of the phlebotomists. Somehow "corporate" can't get a lot of things right (more than the check-in kiosks). Something "corporate" does get right: your doctors typically have your results back in 3 days! If I had enough, thumbs I'd give this LabCorp a 10 thumbs up. But my thumb count is just two. Still, they deserve a 10. (subtract one for "corporate's" unwillingness to spend a buck on the patient experience.) I'll stop now because by adding and subtracting all those thumbs, I'm confusing myself.

The lady was paying no attention to appointments and just took the walk ins who signed the sheet before me since i was in my car. It wasn't until about 12:15 till I was seen. Went there at end of May for a test, she asked for photo ID, so I held it out so she could either take it or look at it, she did neither. She asked, do you have a problem with that, then said you can go get testing done someplace else. Now just because I may have looked like I had 2nd thoughts about her handling my ID with infected gloves on, she has to turn into a witch, and send me out. They expect you the customer, to do their office work, filling out your own stuff on a tablet, then act like they are working themselves to death OR act like gods of some kind, because you say or do some little thing, they deem wrong, just kick us out to the curb. Labcorp is being greedy, not hiring check-in people, with all the people looking for work, but they won't hire them. They're just out for profits. 4/30/2026 Had an A1C drawn for my pre-diabetes. I get this every 6 months on Medicare no problem at…read moreany other lab. This lab billed with a CPT code 83036. It needed to be billed with the IC10 code R73.03 which was on the lab order. Medicare denied the claim. What a run around to try and get this covered. I knew something was wrong when the lab person wanted me to sign that I would pay if it was not paid by Medicare. I told her that this lab has always been covered. Now, Medicare needs documentation of medical necessity all because of a wrong code by the lab tech. It was clearly on the lab order. I have never had these mistakes at Quest. My advice: Please do not go here. I wish I could give zero stars.
