They were able to squeeze us in on the very next day for the surgery. Front desk was very professional, polite, knowledgeable and pleasant. Surgery was done by Doc. Jay Guay. I feel sorry for people who put negative reviews about him. We had nothing but positive experience only. We had Doc. Hildebrandt as anesthesiologist who was also great. We had consult and surgery on the same day which I was very appreciative about considering we live over an hour away from the city. Doc Guay explained in details of the surgery. Surgery itself took 30 min max. He did an excellent job at removing all 4 teeth at the same time. I'd definitely recommend him to anyone. He was very upbeat and very pleasant.

My daughter and I both agreed that the ladies assisting her after the surgery were very kind and helpful. As well as the ladies at the front desk who made her feel safe and reassured her about the surgery! I have gone with my daughter for a few follow-up appointments and each time Dr.Guan and his assistant in the room were personable and more than willing to answer any questions we had. Particularly about the topic of becoming an oral surgeon or orthodontist. (Which my daughter wants to go to school for in the future.) The most recent time we went, he spent about 20 minutes answering questions my daughter had about how he became an oral surgeon/the path he took to get where he is today and the question, "Is it worth it? Do you enjoy what you do?" To which he responded without hesitation that yes, he loves what he does - and it shows from the passion he displays when talking about his career. I want to…read moreshare my miserable experience with his work .It was 20 or 30 years ago, and I had a good insurance plan through my employment. So the pain in my mouth, should have been quick and easy for a qualified dentist. but it was over twenty years of hell. Loss of sleep major headaches , and a very ignorant patient: me! Another employee from my place of business lived near Stafford . So I enquired with her with about here. Her response was he brings the Patient alot of pain. At the time big jobs were done by Dr Stillwater. He suggested a procedure, but never once called it by it's common name. Which is "ROOT CANAL" ! As this horrible procedure never actually cured any pain I was having. I mentioned it at a follow up. "He told me it looked great, and if this 2nd attempt doesn't work, I'd need false teeth which entails a lot of dental visits and similar procedures, and heavy maintenance.Plus not much if any insurance coverage."Life went on and everyone including different dentists all complimented my dental work. And didn't seem to hear any of words on the pain I've been in for 1-2 decades.A description of the work done, I gave to someone explained that to me ,it was a Root Canal! In which I sucked it up and lived in pain with.This started to feel worse so another dentist who "loved" Stillwaters work in my mouth; finally got a specialist (Orthidontist ?) only on my insistence someone to pull the teeth and the roots out.And they were keen on the cleaning procedure extensively! (what the hell the guy's got insurance!) I feel normal again after years of pain. But hell used to "look great", but I would have traded the pain for many more meals with soup.And possibly less two divorces. Nice little touch. Dr. Stillwater is nice and entertaining when he sees me for the minute he checks my teeth. The really outstanding part of this group are their hygienists. I've been there twice and have had great experiences with different hygienists. They were informative, thorough in their cleaning and always worried about my comfort level. It also helps when they tell me how great my teeth are too! LOL. Not a fan of the receptionists there, everyone else is happy in that office, not sure why they were left out of that loop. I love how one lady called me to confirm an appointment but when I told her I was sick she still thought it was appropriate to make my appointment. WTF? She didn't seem happy that I wanted to reschedule. Otherwise, nice place!
