We have had Refection Pool Services maintaining our pool since July and have nothing but praises for how they have kept it balanced and sparkling. Omar, our technician, has been very informative on the testing and chemical balances he is maintaining during his weekly routine. We had a problem with a valve and I called them on a Saturday morning (they were closed) and Alex actually came to the property later that morning to evaluate the situation. They had a repair technician respond and repair the valve the following Monday. I am also impressed with the administrative staff (Keri) who replies to questions and concerns submitted via email within 24 hours (mostly 1-2 hours) of my request...Keep up the great customer service! read more

I have requested for at least 4 months to clean under the bullnose tile around my pool. It has black stuff growing under it. The reason given every time I've called is we're very busy. This was the first time in 14 years I gave ever seen this. Maybe I should go back to very first company, which I had for 10 years. read more

I called this company because they were in involved in the start up of my new pool and I was told it would include the start up of the salt and a orientation of how it worked. The girl who answered the phone was extremely rude and ended up yelling at me so I just hung up. She said I would need to hire them to do the work I had been told was included in my pool purchase. I would not hire them to do anything!! read more

Absolutely terrible pool service. Been with them for about 3 years now and the first guy I had did a great job on the pool for a good year and a half, no complaints whatsoever. Then he got caught stealing fishing equipment from someone's garage while in the company truck and was arrested. Nice. Had 2 other guys since and neither of them could keep the pool clean. Turned green on me multiple times, once during Thanksgiving when I had family in town it was so embarrassing. Charged me and all their customers for "extra chemicals" they used during the hurricanes (two times) that they didn't actually use and my pool turned green both times anyways. Very sketchy business and when you try to contact them with complaints and issues they do not return your calls or write back to your emails. Stay away I highly recommend you find a different company for your pool needs. read more

Unprofessional! Will bill you for an entire month even if you start mid-month. Will invoice you for parts never installed. Will send rookie with 2 weeks training to clean your pool. rookie will not be able to answer your questions and will not come back with any either. Rookie will not bother to clean the pool filter basket. the new service found the pool filter full of dirt. We lasted less than 4 months will Reflection Pool "Service". read more

We just terminated reflection pool service. The last straw was to charge us 15.00 to remove the cover which was done before with no charge. They also charged us $18.00 for chemicals after the herricane which where not put into the pool. They lie about being at the house. You have a job to do don't lie about cleaning the pool. So be careful about hiring them . Not trust worthy! read more

Worst pool services I've ever had. Every week they came the cleaning was worse. I called and complained and I'd always get an excuse. The last time I called the person that answered the phone said Alex told me to get someone else and hung up on me. When you pay for a service you just want them to show up and do a thorough job. Their customer service is horrible and the woman answering the phone should find a different job since all she can do is hang up on people, very immature way to run a business. read more

i started service 6/6/2018 and final service as of oct. 1, 2018. i had 3 different men. the owner alex i found out has a reputation in the industry for "never being wrong--------fixed on himself" . his billing procedures are to bill the first of the following month even though you get the bill on the 22nd of the existing month. your monthly billing is sent as two month owed by him, even though the existing month is not finished. he hires people who do not speak english and they do not do the best job (even with the monthly filter cleaning). his employees complain about their treatment and that no health insurance is offered . alex is self centered. i am mailing my final payment out today. service is not their middle name ! read more

Reflection Pools was recommended by Louden Pools when my salt water pool construction was completed. This is at my vacation home , I live out of state so I wasn't there for several months. It's been three years and each winter the pool has looked worse. The owner, Alex has made excuses each year for the black tile that's suppose to be blue, rust all over the interior , the filter that should have been cleaned monthly and replaced once a year and wasn't. All the while I payed $95 a month. There are pools on both sides and behind me that are older that look better that mine. A Louden Pool representative came out this year at my request and said the pool hadn't been maintained properly with chemicals or cleaning and Alex finally agreed to take responsibility by doing an acid wash and the tiles had to be scrubbed with pumice stone that took two guys almost 2 full days. Alex should have been making sure his guys were doing their job properly and I should have forced the issue sooner. read more
