THEN i'm grudgingly checking out ready to pay the 180... why was my total now 128 with tax??? interesting. A few weeks later after I came back I noticed cuts on the leather near the door handle and multiple scratches near the glove compartment. Guzman was the last place I dropped off my car for repair. I simply wasn't expecting those hidden areas to be damaged from a simple seat cover replacement. Otherwise I would've inspected it closely on the spot before I paid for the service. After debating whether or not I should asked them to repair it, since they were the ones who caused it, I decided against it. Would there be more cuts, scratches, or even missing parts? Would I be making the same mistake in chosing Guzman again? What I should do now is to find a more reputable auto shop for repair. Also I found out at the same time one of my tire valve stem caps was lost. I am not pointing fingers, as anybody could've stolen it at any time, but all of the trust is lost. My goal is not to ruin a business' reputation but to warn others of what could possibly happen. In my case, it was a luxury vehicle. What a heartbreak.

Although we still disagree about what caused the original problems, Bruce agreed to reinstall my remote start/alarm at no charge. I expected them to reinstall my old equipment, but they actually installed a new kit and also reconnected my dash cam for free. It's been a couple of weeks and everything is working perfectly with no electrical issues. I still stand by my original review because it accurately describes what happened at the time, but I also believe in giving credit where it's due. I sincerely appreciate Bruce reconsidering the situation and DeDona ultimately making things right.

Fantastic service…read more For MY vehicle (crossover/SUV) it was roughly $280 for a full 360, tint on every window. The owner is a splendid guy. You can tell he's a hard worker and cares of this line of work. They give you a paper afterwards that explains to you the low requirements of maintenance the next week after your appointment. Informs you to not roll down your windows for 3-5 days, and don't roll down the window if they're not fully defrosted.. Can not recommend them enough. I will return once I need another vehicle to be tinted or wrapped.
