In fact, I simply like to try out new things and a foot reflexology massage had been on my to-experience list for quite some time. And when I saw various pictures of this practise in my Yelp-feed, I went to Mario's website and made an appointment. Since then, I've seen Mario twice: first time, he actually came to my house and set up shop. He brought his very comfortable massage chair, a docking-station to play some soothing music...and of course he brought himself and his hands. First, he asked me various questions about my medical history etc. and then he started off massaging my feet. Given that I hadn't reported any particular problem that he should focus on, Mario gave me a general foot massage that was indeed very pleasant and soothing...I drifted away into la-la-land and almost fell asleep. Second time, I went to see Mario at his Central London practice on Harley Street. Once again, I didn't have any real problem, but I had enjoyed the previous massage and decided to "go for it" again. This time though, I asked Mario to be less gently and apply more pressure. This was a good choice and when I walked away from my appointment, I almost felt like I had worked out myself...I experienced that kind of gratifying feeling you have after a firm work-out at the gym ;-) After the second appointment, Mario mentioned that he had sensed a few tense areas in my body and just wanted to make sure that I wasn't experiencing major problems there. It looks like he was sensing this right, as indeed some of the areas were giving me a little trouble. Overall, I can very much recommend Mario's service. What I especially liked, was the sense of excellent customer service: I received various notifications, reminding me of my appointment with him. I also tremendously liked the payment-flow, which was as easy as I've never experienced before. On top of it all, Mario is a very nice man and I felt very much at ease in his hands...literally speaking!

I was a regular at this place before but it was taken over by a new owner a few years ago and it…read morehas not been the same since. I have tried it a few times since and i found that the attention to detail by the therapists is lacking. Raising any issues with the management is met with no intention to resolve any issues raised. The answer to any criticism/complaint about the service is to ask you to leave. If you go in for a proper massage treatment, I'm sure you will leave the place knowing what this business is all about really. It's a shame this place has become what it has because it really was a good place before. I would not recommend it currently but i hope improvements soon will help to change my mind

After a few "less than professional" experiences in London, I was a bit apprehensive. When I walked in, I received a friendly and compassionate greeting, was asked about my needs, and received suggestions for services that would be most helpful. I was ushered to a comfortable and well-appointed treatment room, where I prepared for the massage. My therapist was quick to enter and get underway. She did a most amazing job. With my predicament, the massage was intense...one of the more intensive ones I have experienced. The intensity was necessary and my therapist's efforts were appreciated! At the end of the massage, the therapist told me what to expect afterward with respect to healing. I was able to move with much less pain and am looking forward to a completely corrected back after the experience. I would absolutely recommend this business and will certainly return. I only wish I lived in the UK so I could return for a follow up more quickly!

The service- well I'll start by saying I've never had a dry pedicure before, but I really wanted to try the medical pedicure to make sure my feet were ok, so I gave it a shot. I'm sorry I did. I feel I would've gotten as good a result or better at the cheap places. The service left my mildly wintry rough-ish heels, way more rough just a few days later and the pic I have is just a couple of weeks later (normally I can go a full 3 weeks before I even start to notice a difference). The little straight razor they pulled out did nothing for that. Now I'm a brown girl, so lotion is very important for visible reasons, and in the winter, I pull out the good stuff! However, it looks as though my feet have never met lotion, and I'm wondering what I paid over 100$ (YES chile!) for! Peep the pic (apologies- I promise that's not their norm ). I won't even mention the pain she gave me that I didn't have when she was digging out an ingrown. I mean who insists on continuing when their client is literally saying "ouch. That hurts."?? I can't lie I feel cheated. This is a pampering place and the most pampered I felt was allowing me the lengthy nap. The site even says "It gives outstanding treatment results, making your feet look and feel like new," and "our treatment will transform your life." My feet have been transformed into human sandpaper, so I guess they made good on that. ‍ The least they could do is offer a skin softening treatment like paraffin wax for such an expensive price.
