Noriko was so sweet and friendly, as was the lady who checked me in at the front (I didn't get her name). The facility is clean and cozy, offering tea or water when you arrive. The facial with products includes eminence products which all smelled and felt incredible. They also specialize in Japanese Cosmo Lifting Massages and Noriko integrated some of that into my facial, which was great and something new for me. From making the appointment, to arrival, and situation all the way to checkout and bidding them adieu, everyone was so very nice. Somewhat sad that this is not a given, but in London it certainly isn't! This makes Chi Yu stand out. I made an appointment for same day with Rie, who was great. I was escorted downstairs to the treatment area, and given 30 minutes of chair massage. Brilliant, just what I wanted. She was very communicative and definitely helped ease the tension. I probably need one every day for a month to really work it out, but this really helped. I took a menu and will definitely be back. Really like the vibe of this place, the atmosphere (also SUPER clean), and the service offerings. I didn't hesitate to wait outside patiently. The people getting massaged looked like they were in heaven! When my turn came, I understood why. I was lucky to get the guy I had eyed, Andy. He blew my mind. His massage was the most painful one I've ever received in the best way! Cause I was feeling brand new hours later. I loved it so much that I returned at noon the following day to get my back massaged, since the prior day I didn't have time for an hour long massage. I contacted Headoffice who promised better customer service and professionalism however ,this person continued to be rude . I called to book massage and enquired to use one of the vouchers they provide to loyal customs but she laughed ! I was very offended from such rude and unprofessional behavior .  My understanding is that you offer the vouchers to your loyal customer when they purchase package to use them and I never used any of the 5 vouchers ,so anyone would expect from a presumable professional salon to deal with  customers in a respectful ,decent and professional manner ,rather than such disgusting and offensive behavior !
