Using the KonMari method, we decluttered and organized one category at a time. I am so grateful to have found her! Each time she came and left I felt a sense of accomplishment and relief. For each possession type (clothing, toiletry, food, paper, sentimental) we took everything out to be sorted at once. We sorted into categories to keep, to keep for a limited time, to purge/give away. She even went the extra mile to bring some items to the thrift store for me, with my consent, so they wouldn't just sit in my entryway waiting to leave. Overall I grew in my ability to consciously consider the possessions I bring into my home.
