I felt like she was talking about me. I was so mad I started tearing up because I never had someone had me feel so awful. They tried to have me stay to finish my feet. I got up paid for my nails and left. I told them they lost my business. I told them it was rude of her to have done that to a customer. Too bad for her because I was going to give her a good tip but I will keep my money and go elsewhere. I sat in my car for a bit in tears because I was so mad. Another customer knocked on my window saying she was sorry to see what happened and hoped I had a better day.

I was pretty lucky to stumble across Dr. Moyers when I had an urgent situation that needed resolution during a trip. Her office staff are friendly and easy to work with - they make it easy to send in your records and quickly lead you through the process of getting your insurance on file, etc. Her office is easy to access (on the second floor) with lots of parking in the gigantic parking lot outside, and the waiting room is comfortable and outfitted with lots of interesting (and recent! Like, less than a month old!) magazines. But you won't have much time to read the magazines, because wait time at Dr. Moyers' office is very short. I'd been in the waiting room for significantly less than five minutes when Dr. Moyers' nurse called my name. Her nurse is friendly and easy to talk to, and their intake room is comfortable and nicely lighted - definitely not my experience in most medical offices. Once in the exam room, I waited less than five minutes until Dr. Moyers came in. She appeared to have read my chart and was able to quickly work with me to meet my needs. Something I thought would require multiple appointments was resolved in a single appointment and just a few minutes. I was EXTREMELY impressed by the professionalism and skills of Dr. Moyers and her staff. Highly recommended, I just wish she practiced where I live!

Dr Joshua H listened to my explanation and assured me he'd help. He prescribed a new antibiotic, called it in and after picking it up I headed home. Within 3 hrs of taking it my nausea was GONE! Everyday that I took it the swelling and pain went down. By the time I made it to the dentist for treatment I only had a bit of swelling and pain. The Dr knows his stuff! Price was very affordable with my insurance and the support staff were helpful and pleasant despite it being at the end of their working day. Highly recommend them!

In what world would someone think this unprofessional and hateful behavior is acceptable at a day spa for relaxing. I'm fine with myself wearing a mask, but I will not put a mask on my 2 year old. He has had multiple surgeries recently, and has been seen at TCH on multiple occasions, and they don't even make him wear them. When I explained he was only 2 years old the lady said he can wait in the car while I pick his glasses up. That would be fine if I wasn't by myself. She said it wouldn't take that long, and he could sit in the car while I ran in and picked his glasses up. For her to even think it's ok for someone to leave a child in a vehicle unattended much less say it out loud is very unsettling. She is either not a parent, or doesn't care for her childs safety. It is also against the law for anyone to leave a child unattended in a vehicle no matter what the temperature is outside.
