Lisa provides an additional nice touch by having an adjustable temperature controlled heater on the table, so never too warm nor cold. I scheduled a 90 minute massage with and was not disappointed. I greatly appreciated the total silence which allowed me to relax and settle into the awareness of my breath and fully experience the wonderful massage provided.
