Pros: Availability. This spa is in Manchester, so they had good availability. Wendy was definitely good at what she does! Randi has fabulous customer service. Later hours for us worker bees. Cons: Very low budget salon for such extremely high rates. Serious upselling to the point of discomfort for services, but no products in store because no one can afford to stock them. A little arrogant about how much better and more ethical she is over any other esthetician. Overall, I can't say I wouldn't return if the price was reasonable, but I get the same procedure in the Boro for $50 at a high end place now that would cost me $100 in Manchester at a small salon without any pressure to buy more services, but still happy to educate for when I'm ready.

Our massage therapist was Brandy, she put our feet between her legs then proceeded to hip thrust, stating "Look no hands" which was very distasteful. Two of our girls had never had a massage before and were told she "just popped their massage cherry". We were given Sports style massages for a relaxing bachelorette trip. We are all sore, in pain, and dissatisfied. We called and informed the owner (Laurén) about what had happened and were given only a $150 refund (which is $30 each when we paid $120 each) The owner was very nice but Marie (the booking manager) made us feel like it was our fault we didn't speak up and said that those styles and techniques are normal and to be expected for a relaxing massage. We honestly thought we got pranked until reality set in. We are not the type to normally complain but I booked this as a relaxing weekend for my bridal party and we are leaving worse off than when we came, most of us are going to get real massages back home because we are so sore and have cricks in our necks. I'm sure there are better therapist employed here but Brandy did not meet our expectations.
