Scheduled an installation of a high efficiency washer and dryer for Wednesday. The installer, Mac,…read morecalled on Wednesday morning and let me know what time he would be there. He and his assistant arrived right on time. Installed both washer and dryer and moved them around so that the doors would swing the correct direction for easy access. They even swapped out the pigtail (electrical connection) for no charge. I was absolutely 100% pleased with everything about their service.

My order because they over sold their inventory on Black Friday got pushed back to February 2026. Hammad the manager is less then pleasant to work with. They made me come up to the store 3 times to leave the store with no resolution. He tried offering me two options that were less then what I had ordered to basically throw me a bone. The sales manager which now I know is the the store manager "Hammad" both advised with my sales associate that I would have my piece. My sales associate was very nice and professional through out this ordeal so shout out to Anthony "Tony" Tuah but he couldn't do anything. Then for FINALE one of the young ladies call me on 12/31/25 to tell me Hammad can't solve the problem with getting my furniture so I either have to wait and get a refund. I advised them I could not talk as I was at work and would call her back. Not even 5 minutes later the young lady calls me and says Hammad is pressuring me to ask you again so you want a refund or wait. Again, I advised I would call back and asked when the store manager would be in. I said not cancel my order, she advised they would be in on 1/3/26, I go back to the store on 1/3/26 to find out the rude and bad customer service sales manager was Hammad the store manager. I said I refused to speak to him because he is rude and never handled anything he would just sent the front office ladies or my sales assoc. to speak to me instead of him directly with his rude behavior. Once I said I was not working with him and need his bosses information he walked passed me smirked/laughed and kept walking passed me. The front desk agent gave me a generic phone number and email to contact Ashley Corporate. I did ask for a refund and I left. Needless to say they wasted my time for 6 weeks to not get ANYTHING!! EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED in the way I was treated and no resolution.

We were told by Ernest that the couch would arrive no later than14 days. Since our couch was LOST, it will take way longer than 14 days to arrive. Not only was this inaccurate, but Monica could not explain why there were NO records of the couch on their weekly shipments. How do you lose a 1000 dollar couch? They provided us NO tracking information and Monica was RUDE and CONDESENDING on the phone when we asked where our order was. At first, we were understanding, until we were told the couch was LOST. We will NEVER EVER step foot in this poorly run store ever again. Anyone who is reading this and plans to go to Ashley HomeStore, do not waste time, money, or effort. Their employees will try to upcharge you, deliver empty promises, and spit in your face.
