My point being that they were not at all swamped with customers requiring assistance. That said, the persons behind the counter were more interested in telling stories about their personal firearms, etc. and everything else, other than offering to assist me. I was disappointed and offended by the way I was disregarded. Over the years I have purchased multiple firearms from this location, as well as thousands of dollars of optics, accessories, ammunition, reloading supplies, and other assorted gear. However, after this, I do not intend to give them another dollar of my hard-earned money. Although I do intend to suggest to all the shooters and hunters I know that they go elsewhere in the future. Very disappointed...

I bought them on April 17th and wore them for only 2-3 days before realizing they caused discomfort in the soles of my feet. I checked my receipt, which stated that I had 7 days to return the item, so I returned on April 21st. However, I was told I couldn't return them because I had worn them, and the store needed to "contact On" before proceeding. This didn't make sense to me--there was nothing wrong with the shoes physically, and they were in the same condition as when I bought them. I simply didn't like how they felt, and I was within the return window. The staff gave me the runaround and were generally unhelpful, except for a kind associate named Blakely at the Tupelo location who empathized with my situation. Ultimately, I wasn't able to get a refund--only a store credit for the value of the shoes. I had to repeatedly follow up on my own, calling almost daily to speak with Bo, the manager, as no one ever reached out to me with updates. I've spent nearly $400 at this store in total, but after this experience, I won't be shopping here again. If you're considering purchasing On shoes, I strongly recommend buying directly from the brand's website instead of from a small boutique with high prices and an inflexible return policy.
