Regal Bellingham was quite modern, spacious, with ample parking. I should note though that it's in a congested shopping center so I would give yourself plenty of time to commute due to heavy traffic and poorly timed traffic lights. All of the ticket purchases are done by kiosk/screen, I did see a few employees at the end of the ticket kiosk, but I believe all ticket sales are cashless. It was a bit disorganized but I imagine the few employees scan tickets that you buy online. The cost of tickets( $15 per adult) were comparable to regional competitors. The concessions stand was a nightmare, three lines a dozen customers deep in each line. I would recommend grabbing a bite to eat at the Chili's next door or even the Whole Foods two blocks down in the same plaza. The theatre itself was clean and the seats were modern and have a semi reclining option. Overall it was an ok experience and I would say it's worth at least visiting once. read more

Going here is not the most pleasant cinematic experience. I wouldn't recommend it unless you're desperate to see a film that's here but nowhere else that's convenient. The seats are generally cramped and don't tilt too far back, but then the leather recliners at the NA Regal have spoiled me. I haven't encountered this at other Regal cinemas, but here the trailers don't start on time (the scheduled movie time). Instead, you get ad after ad for at least six minutes past that time. You also get ads sandwiched in between trailers and after the trailers have finished (but alas before the actual movie begins). Prices aren't low, whether refreshments or tickets. Also the ticket takers don't pay attention when you tell them what you would like to purchase and instead guestimate your age, forcing you to repeat everything a second or third time. I would recommend they don't do this as they are comically bad at it. But we oldsters tend to be crotchety. read more

Went here to see The Fall Guy great movie. This place has a lot of different theaters some are very nice I'm pretty sure its the lower the number the better the theater thats what I have heard I've been in both and there all nice. There is also a arcade and lounge area that you can sit at if your waiting for friends or your movie to start. My only complaint is that the food is so expensive a box of sour patches should not cost $8. If you don't really care about how much the food costs would recommend. read more

Seats in non-recliner theaters are very tight - re'minds me of airline seats. Beyond popcorn and soft drinks, concessions are awful. Tried ordering a hamburger - was told they were out. Ordered a hotdog instead - they didn't have that either. Ordered a pepperoni pizza - after waiting, was told they didn't have those in stock either. Ok, how about a cheese pizza - you guessed it, also not available. My wife did have the chicken. Obviously microwaved and inedible. Why advertise products on the menu if you don't stock them? Went on Valentine's Day for a 3pm show and it was silent, popcorn was pretty good, it was a weekday so I can't say I wanted it to be just mwah fresh, the sodas and candy were good. We saw our movie in RPX, I highly recommend, overall very good theater for date night! read more

I make the trip to this theater because it's one of the cleanest and most of the staff is great. My last trip on Saturday wasn't the greatest experience. Collin (sp?) was working the concession area. I order a small drink and when he placed it on the counter, I noticed there wasn't any ice. When I asked why there wasn't any ice and to please put ice in the drink, he retorted "There is ice" and removed the lid of the drink revealing two small melted pieces of ice. I asked again for ice. He took the drink to the spout, removed the lid, dumped a bit of soda out and scooped five pieces (yes, I could count there were so few) of ice from the bin, placed it in my cup, and placed the lid back on. I again asked for more ice. He rolled his eyes at me, let out a big sigh, and scooped approx eight pieces of ice and put it in my cup. Is there an ice shortage that I'm not aware of? My drink was luke warm during my movie. If your personal preference is room temperature liquids, that's fine. But don't assume everyone else is the same way and when someone asks for ice, or even more ice, try a half to full scoop. This person needs more training and def some help in the customer service department. read more

Wtf was that? I went here to see the new Spider Man No Way Home on opening night and seriously. Wtf. First off I walk in and Im greeted with these bright eyesore of blue LED lights. Who had that dumb idea? I feel like I just walked into a night club. Especially with that new stupid logo. Then I'm greeted with this massive bright screen. I didn't think this was terrible but it just seemed to be yelling at anyone that walks in (as in its big and bright). Popcorn was meh. Flavor was fine, but too many kernels. The theater itself. Seats are really comfy for all of 30 min. Then my ass started to hurt. I've got some cake back there too so that's saying a lot. Anyways... the sound system SUCKED. It was all mids. Trebles sounded off and the bass would hardly hit. It wasn't a good loud either. Again it was all mids, so it just sounded so in your face. Finally it got so hot in there. Yeah it was loaded with people but you know what? That's what the AC is for. It might've been December, but I was sweating harder than Joe Biden trying to answer press questions. The updates are great to see and I was honestly excited to see what else had been changed after walking further into the theater. I wish I could give it more stars, but these reclining seats are horrendous. Mine and my friends only reclined about 4" and there wasn't even an option to lock it in place. We had to keep pushing backwards and the neck piece was pushed forwards. Felt like sitting on a plane. Unless our entire theater decided not to recline, I'd say everyone else was having a tough time with it too. read more

I'm sorry. The popcorn was good and I love regal and all that they offer but this location is in desperate need of an upgrade. The bathrooms were clean but dated. I am an electrician who is currently on a job right now where we are doing a cinema. So first hand I see all that they are doing in these new theaters. This one is struggling. I usually go to the one in Taunton, but this was the closest theater near us that offered a time we liked. I don't know how I ever watched a movie in the theater before. Oh wait now I remember I was 10. Now as a grown 35 year old, the nostalgic seating was I thought not important. But after an almost two hour movie, I see why those new seats were so necessary. Definitely missing all the amenities of the new theaters. I'm sure regal is on the way to upgrading this particular location. Watch at your own risk. Ps my wife added that the ladies bathroom toilet seats were not in good condition. They were cracked and so you couldn't tell if they were clean or not. once arriving and trying to purchase tickets, the ticket desk sent me to the snack shack. From there, they refused to honor the posted prices of $13 for students and charged 23.95 for a 10yr old "student" mine was like 30$ I believe. once I brought up that the posted price is only $13 for a student and a child is clearly a student. The manager says they have already sent this to corporate, but there is no button to change the price. As the manager should be able to fix the price to match what is advertised. The location is great when meeting friends from Attleboro for a movie and even on a "busy" Friday night at 7pm, there wasn't much of a crowd. The damp moldy smell in the theater itself however (it was in theater 1), I could have done without. And we didn't have any sound in our theater until one of my group went out and asked them to turn it on. Still, go to Bellingham, great great BBQ and chocolates not far down the road before your movie, enjoy your movie, and then get ice cream at Cold Stone after. read more

I'm assuming that this theater went through renovations recently because it's very nice and modern. I'm guessing most of the negative reviews here are from before the update. Each theater has really nice semi and full reclining chairs. I love that there's a bar and a coffee spot within the concession stand area. Every time I've come here, the staff has been very nice and keep the place quite clean. My only complaint is that the movies can be played a little too loud, even when you're not in an RPX movie, but that's becoming more and more common in Regal theaters. Overall, I really enjoy my time when I come here and I'm so glad to have such a modern theater close by our hotel. read more

They honestly don't even deserve one star after what I saw tonight. Three moms took our 5 total kids to see Taylor Swift. About 30-40 little kids were dancing up front all night having a blast and not harming anyone. Next thing I know a super rude manager sends my kids back to their seats and that wasn't enough so a security guard comes and flashes a light right in my daughters face and yells at her to get to her seat. This is a 3 hour concert and a cinema completely filled with young families. This was 100% uncalled for. I tried to talk to them after and they told me it's safety. Maybe that's true but if so maybe make an announcement at the start that we all need to stay seated and not move. Not impressed. We won't be back. read more

During the down time Regal completely redesigned the theater. The upgrades are like the facilities at Patriot Place Lux. Regular theater (lots of seats), reclining seats (less seats more room, comfort and assigned seating) and auditoreum with the dine-in loung feel. All in all I think they did a great job. read more

Disappointed to say the least. My daughter came in, age 17, with some of her friends (one being 20). They bought tickets to a movie that was rated R without checking, and rather than politely explaining it to them the manager proceeded to snap at them and belittle them. He over and over again said to them, "you don't have an ID? can't get in" . He could have very easily said "So sorry you can't come in to this one, it's the policy but we can send you to another movie." Disrespectful. Yes they are kids, but they are 17 and 20 and do not deserve the disrespect they received while they were being nothing but polite. Do not come to this theater. There are better options. Regal will continue to lose business under this management. Not this first time there has been bad service here. read more

This theater is garbage. There is nothing regal about Regal. They charge 10.50 before 6 pm and 13.00 after 6 pm. Those are Manhattan prices people. This place boasts 1980's decor in the worse way. Their non-reclining seats are office chair style seating and airline feel uncomfortable. I'm attempting to find a way to explain the inflated over charge - but cannot. I'm angry at this crappy Regal. Please don't come here. I've been to AMC, Showcase and other Regals - this reminds me of the $1.50 movie theater (I'm not mentioning the location) where they are still playing ET and Ghostbusters. I took my two little cousins to see The Princess and the Frog to our neighborhood movie theater, Regal Bellingham Cinema 14. It was snowing and I thought the theater would be empty, but to my surprise it was packed. There was a line out the door to purchase tickets; even the automated ticket machine had a line. But we made it to the movie with 30-minutes to spare. After we got our seats, I ventured out to the concession stand. Miraculously, there was no line to order food. I got large popcorn to share with my cousins and aunt and was sold on their advertised chocolate covered gummy bears for $1.50. The theater did have a not so pleasant smell of old socks mixed with buttery-popcorn, that we could have done without. But since this is the closest movie theater to our house, I have a feeling we'll be going back. read more

I agree this theater is incredibly dated. While the staff has been friendly, I won't be returning. We have gone twice this past month and both times Bathrooms were not well Maintained. Floors in both women's and men's bathroom were wet and ignored. My son slipped today and hit his face on the urinal. (Yuck). If we are going to spend so Much money going to the movies, I rather drive a little further and have a more modern, cleaner, and safer theater. read more

It's an ok theater. I think it needs MAJOR updating with the current local theaters that are around upgrading to the reclining seats and more leg room-or even maybe upgrading sections of their movie theater, because the whole place is in need of updating. So I understand it would cost a lot - but so do their ticket prices and refreshments ;-). The staff though is very friendly, and the workers work very hard. They do have to do something about the humidity in the summer - and how hot the theaters are getting. It's not comfortable at all. The seats armrests were sticky ... which was gross. The movie we saw was at 3:30 pm with only 4-6 others in there- (only showing this movie 2-3 times today) so it's not like they were busy during the morning hours or in between show times ... not to clean up. Regal used to be a decent theater -but it's slowly going downhill unfortunately. read more

The theater has been updated and is beautiful! Seats are leather and recline back. There was no foot rest for the seats in our theater but I've heard they have them in some of the others they're still renovating. We will definitely go back! Thumbs way down. I have been coming here for 20 years and this theater is exactly the same. They haven't invested anything into the infastructure. Prices have consistently gone up to the point where even a matinee is $11.70. after 6pm that goes up to $13.70. I can easily say this theater is price gouging based off my experience with other MA theaters. However the biggest offense is the popcorn and soda prices. It's almost $16 for a large combo of popcorn and soda. It's $9 for a large popcorn and $7 for a large soda. There are no savings at this theater...no value...only sadness. read more

This was an interesting experience. When I go to the movies (which isn't all that frequent), I always like to have a wonderful experience, that is better than just average. I only go to the movies for reasons most people do.... to see a NEW movie. I have a theater in my house, for all the old movies and DVD's I have at home (and Netflix.....), but when I'm desperately wanting to see something that has just come out, I make it to the movie theater. Even though my experiences are never, per say, bad, just the thoughts of the loud, crowded movie theater come to haunt me. Plus, I most frequently go to Showcase in Dedham, where you can ever get parking. It's a beautiful theater and normally a great experience, but sometimes dealing with so many people every which way isn't worth it. Unfortunately, I should've thought better before I came here.... because this is the only cinema within fifteen miles (or maybe more!).... so when I was searching for a parking spot, every spot was taken. Yikes. Inside was even busier with tons and tons of people. The ticket booth was located in a weird spot and the line configuration of that was ridiculous. Concession area was clean and appetizing, and they actually had enough people working there, so I have no complaints about that (plus, prices were at least a few dollars, if not more, than Showcase). Each theatre isn't all that "nice".... updating is something that is in desperate need, however, when the new "Shops @ Bellingham" open, I heard there will be a brand new cinema there. Movie was fine.... nothing bad to say about it. Nothing strikes me about this experience though.... it was very underwhelming in comparison to Showcase in Dedham. That said, I wouldn't be completely opposed to going back. Employees were friendly and they have done a good job keeping this place clean. Plus, anywhere rather away from my house is always a breath of fresh air. Located in the Charles River Center on Route 126 in Bellingham, exit 18 off I-495. Okay so this is stupid to write a review on a movie theater because they're basically pretty standard am I right? Just saying this place is ATROCIOUS to contact customer service by phone. They have an 1844 number and THATS IT. I tried desperately to Contact customer service or to have someone put me in contact with someone working there because I thought I had left my $400 dollar Burberry scarf there (I'm an idiot) and its been since found ( I'm also a blind idiot) but literally the stupid automated system On the 1844 number was of zero service to me and they literally had no number except that one to contact them. It was that or drive 30 min to Bellingham and meet them directly but ain't nobody got the time for that. Especially when it's raining and gross out and I've had to deal with horrible turkey people. This is my local theater, and over the years I'd had a lot of less than appealing experiences there. Long ticket lines, online ticket services that didn't work, even longer concession stand lines, and the joy of paying $4-5 for a bottle of water. Though the place does offer stadium seating, and is local, I generally thinks it's a pretty poor place. Take my advice and make the drive to Patriot Place and the showcase cinema there (or in Dedham or Millbury) . Huge lobby, immaculately clean, awesome concessions. It just feels much nicer and I always have great experience there. Highly recommend the Lux Level if there for a date or adult night out also. read more

I've been coming here since I was a wee one and it was still Hoyts Cinema. So by default, I'm a fan. So many memories, ya know? Yes it's overpriced but that's the going-to-the-movies biz nowadays. I mean, we all expect it, no? Going to midnight showings of Harry Potter is actually really fun with my siblings, it's a tradition we're going to miss once it's over. I like Regal because they have stadium seating, which makes watching a movie so much better. I went last week, and they have machines you can buy your tickets from (kind of looks like an ATM machine), so you don't have to wait in line. Only bad thing about this place is that they don't have student discount, so movies at night are always going to be $9.50. Also, there's a bunch of shops (Newbury comics, Old Navy, Linens N Things) in the same strip mall, so if you have to wait, you can shop to kill time. read more

Why do people knock this theater? My first visit here to see Rush and I was really expecting something of a dump based on the reviews here. I'm happy to report that was not the case. No foul odors. A decent theater staff (ok the guys at the snack counter weren't exactly enthusiastic about their work, but I can't say I blame them. Seriously, "want butter on that?" Might be the only phrase lower than "want fries with that?" On the list of things you never saw yourself saying to earn a buck.). The theater was clean, the floors clear and definitely not stick in any way and the chairs were likewise clean and worry free. Not really a surprise as the clean up crew was just leaving when we entered and they were back at the door waiting when we left(after the credits). So all in all I can honestly say my experience here was as good as patriot place or legacy place. Maybe this isn't as new, but when the lights go out and the movie rolls who really can tell? read more

My boyfriend and I came here to see Mockingjay on Thanksgiving. I know, it's Thanksgiving, but we went to a late showing (9:45) and were completely cheerful, while the staff basically gave us the stink eye the entire time. I have worked retail on a major holiday, and I never *ever* acted like that. Prices are way inflated. My boyfriend and I got cinnabons, a medium popcorn, and two medium drinks and it was 24$! I know that movie theater prices are gouging prices, but that was a little extreme. It is quite deceiving, as you can order food via combos, but the prices aren't listed. Never again. The seats themselves were stadium style, but not reclining, and by the way, you can't move the arm rests. Most cinemas offer this. Previews. If I hear one more ad for Regal Cinemas, I will probably implode. We get it, we are at a Regal Cinema. The other thing that really grinded my gears was that an attendant came in during the film to look at something, with a really annoying red cone light. It was really distracting and not necessary. Use a pen light. I will not be partaking in this theater again and will probably be heading down 146 to Cinema World. I'm sorry I ever doubted you, CW. I love you forever. read more

I'm all for less clutter and confusion when going into any business. This theater was jam packed at the front door - with no easy signs pointing to where you should go. This occasion my movie ticket was paid for in advance online - thank goodness the app was helpful - otherwise we would've had to stay in an excessive line! It wasn't clear what lines were for tickets, where you go if you're using fandango - and even the placement of the kiosk to buy tickets on your own was in a horrible spot. As far as the friendliness of the staff - we took the code on our phone to the ticket taker [no middle man] and they scan your phone for admission. This paperless technology is kind of nifty and I'll give it to them for having that going. Getting back to the mess of lines and foot traffic - I think it would be great if things were rearranged and there was more space for the customers to actually get in and find a snack with out being moshed up against someone. The theater was fairly clean, then again not every film has people sitting in the front - but the area seemed much cleaner than the main seating area. Not a bad place if you have a deal for this theater, but it's not my favorite for a large premire that's for sure. read more

Positive: Well let's start off with location. It is 5 minutes from Blackstone, Bellingham, Medway, Franklin, Milford, and a few other towns. It is right off the highway, and less than 2 minutes from a lot of other shopping places. The line for concession is usually short, even during busy nights. There is a small arcade for kids to play games. Automated ticket purchaser. Negative: Not the cleanliest of theaters, no student discount, and concession prices are higher than other local theaters. All in all, I would recommend Lincoln Cinema World if you don't mind driving the extra distance (right near 146, 295 exit 9), but I still go here from time to time. read more
