I was stamped upon arrival with an invisible stamp matching my children. This stamp was also viewed by staff when departing. The staff here are extremely friendly, upon arrival you and your family are stamped with a number that is assigned to you that way when you're leaving staff will check the number stamped to ensure the family are actually together (I love that). My kids and I had an absolute blast here today! Very clean and food was great. The staff member, Brianna, was beyond kind and helpful during our visit. However, I will say that I was appalled at how rude the manager lady was...she was super cold and legit ignored me completely when I walked up to her and kindly said "excuse me" and waited politely. Literally wouldn't even acknowledge my presence. She had an overall very cold and standoffish demeanor the entire time we were there and looked miserable. 4 stars. Reason 1. It was my first time and it was stress free and practically empty at 2:30pm. My son was intimidated by some of the games at first but quickly warmed up to the games. 2 The price, I payed $22 for 88 tokens to play. I thought was a great value for my money. If you download the app you can get 100 tokens for $20, that's even better. The majority of the games use 1 token. So play can be endless and it felt that way. 3 The staff was nice and friendly. Even though there weren't many children, Chuck E came out and passed out additional tickets that were redeemable and he did his dance for the children to join in. It was about 8 children varying in ages. 4 The pizza Mmmmmm it was pretty good, hot and fresh. I only had the gooey cheese and it was delicious. My son ate the entire personal pizza. This was a shock to me but he was happy. The personal pizza was about $9 but if you download the app.... it's free. 5 It was clean The salad bar, this is where the last star fell short. Sighhh. It was disappointing to look at. I couldn't bare to snap a pic. There was so much good going on. I'd rather focus on the positive experience than complain about a salad bar. I like the setup of this Chuck E Cheese. Lacey who works behind the counter is amazing. She is super friendly and extremely helpful.

We went during school break and had a wonderful time. We were greeted at the door and because it was our first time the employee helped us with using the kiosk. However I had a coupon (found on the website) she referred me to the counter. The second employee advised us of a better "deal" and help us navigate the how to's. Both of my kids played for an hour and had a blast! All machines were working! We were happy to meet Chuck E Cheese the Mouse during our visit. We enjoyed a medium cheese pizza and got two souvenir cups. We were happy with lunch. To end, we cashed in our tickets for lots of tchotchkes. I was able to score and extra 500 for downloading the app) Facility was clean! During lunch, I noticed a customer had a medical emergency only because a stretcher entered and paramedics were at a table helping. The employees remained calm the whole time and even took the children to distract them. It appeared to be a grandparent and the parent was present. Kudos to the staff!!! read more

Ugh, if feeling regret killed, I'd be dead by now. Just Got home on a Friday night where there were only 3 employees working. I ordered a personal cheese pizza for 9.00...and an order of chicken wings for 22.00$ and 3 drinks. I paid 47$ and waited 48 minutes for the food. The same person who stays at the entrance is the person responsible to go get the food from the kitchen and bring it to the tables. When the food arrived, it was freezing cold. No refund was offered. Had I known, I would've just gone across the street to papa ginos or uno's and paid half the money and a higher quality. My husband and I brought our niece here on a Friday night. It really wasn't as busy as I would expect. I work for a family entertainment center so I was expecting long waits for rides, food, and help at the prize desk. The pizza wasn't as good as I remembered it being a few years ago but maybe I was just ignorant back then. We had 15 credits which doesn't seem like a lot but it lasted us about an hour which was perfect for a 4 year old. Each game typically takes 1 credit (about .31cents) and we averaged 2-10 tickets per game. We left with two bracelets and a happy worn out niece. $32 for a piece of mind knowing my niece had a great time is a bargain, especially because i know how expensive a night out with the kids can be. read more

Chuck E. Cheese's is probably the most convenient place to bring the kids when you want to have a not so expensive quick fun. It's not as fun as I remember (back in the 90's with the ball pits) but for the most part it's pretty decent. They updated some things also. They switched out the tokens to reloadable cards and they also switched out the fries to tatertots? The main thing us adults go for is the pizza!! Something about Chuck E. Cheese's pizza really does bring back childhood memories. Weekends can be pretty crazy though. They usually book birthday parties back to back so it can get pretty wild. Chuck E. Cheese has a certain reputation...one that says Lysol your child head to toe once you leave... am I right? Well, knowing that and this being both my child AND my first trip to the franchise, I was pleasantly surprised. The facility is pretty clean. There were a handful of machines not giving tickets but with the amount of machines in there, it didn't seem like the end of the world to me. My toddler sure didn't seem to care so why should I? There's a nice mix of toddler to older kid game options. Enough that spending 2 hours there seems to be no problem!! The employees are nice and pretty helpful but don't move at the speed of light. Food service takes longer than you'd prefer so order before your kid will actually be hungry. It is nice to know the food is made to order, though so worth the wait. That being said, I'm a fan of the personal pepperoni pizza there. Not sure why people are digging on it and saying Papa Gino's across the street is better...I disagree. It's no breath taker but it's good. They also sell Dip and Dots ice cream for $3 and that stuff is delicious. Chuck E. comes out every hour and does a song and dance throws free tickets for the kids. It's a lackluster performance but the kids go wild and that's what matters! Prizes are limited for the amount of tickets you have BUT there is the option to buy toys if you really want to spoil your kids. I'm all about getting what you earn but just throwing that out there as an option. Anyway, worth a visit. I'm sure your little one will love it! read more

Preface 1. My husband and I indulge our five-year old's gaming passion. 2. I had my own fifth birthday at a first generation Chuck E. Cheese in 1977. 3. I like to patronize businesses that contribute to Public Broadcasting. Chapter 1. When a friend, her two children and my two children visited just a few months ago we commented how nice it was that the games had just been changed out to keep it fresh. Also, that the new game selection made it feel more like an arcade than a casino since the last selection seemed highly dependent upon dropping coins for tickets and random other ways to obtain them that had little to with a "game." She also commented, at least while it's a little expensive, the pizza's pretty good. And I agreed. Chapter 2. Went in last night armed with coupons from the website. The coupon got me five extra tokens more than the $20 in-house deal (big whoop). I also, bought the a-y-c-e salad bar so I could get some veggies in all of us as well as the carbs. Um yeh, I got some edible slices of orange, some sesame croutons, raisins and grapes. Everything else on the selection had to be from the day before or they keep open containers in their fridge (rock hard crusty items mr. Health Department). Chapter 3. To add insult to injury the pizza has been changed. We got a thinly sauced and cheesed hard disc which is hard to call dough. Afterword Bring the kids, and if you think the birthdays there are too expensive, there was a family in the younger zone who brought their own cake and table cloths for a family party (hmmmmm, acceptable practice?) The games are why you ultimately come and at 25 cents each versus $1.50 for a short start up at D&B you can eat at the Papa John's pizza 30 seconds across the parking lot before you go in. As long as they continue to keep the games fresh and playable (vs. gamble-able) we will return again and again ! They know what they could do to improve this business. We had our 8 year old son's birthday party here over the weekend. It went really well. The hostess that assigned to us was amazing! She kept me informed about how the day will go and what's happening next so I could prepare the kids. We choose the star package and got everything we needed to have a great party. I brought my own cupcakes and goodie bags, but you could get them there also if you wanted, I chose to bring my own. The price for a party of 8, with an extra pizza for the adults added on was under $130. Amazing price for all you get! Went here 2 weeks in a row for kid birthdays. First time it took them over an hour to cook a single order of chicken weeks. The second time I went was for my daughters birthday party. They didn't let us go right in when we got there. We had to talk with a manager first because there was a private party. The food was ok kids liked it and the adults like the sandwiches. They gave us a hard time when we tried told them 2 kids didn't come so we wanted to take them off the bill. But had to get a manager to approval. When I got my bill they added extra drinks that we didn't order. So if I where you make sure you take the time to look over the bill before you pay it. This should be a given. I will not go back to this location again. My daughter had fun playing the games. But I will be going else where and the owners should really look at there staff and make sure there trained better. read more

I hadn't been in a Chuck E. Cheese's in AGES before we went there for a birthday party. It is much cleaner than I remember. It still skeeves me out that so many grubby kids (mine included) are touching everything, but in general it is very well maintained. We made a brief (1 hour or so) impromptu pit stop there on the way home from shopping on New Years day and there was barely anyone there. My son LOVES this place and when I did his party here, which was the first time I didn't do it at home; I LOVED IT . I didnt have to worry about a thing. I just had to show up and pay. Each kid got 60 tokens, pizza, drinks, goody bags, a microphone balloon, and cake. They all got to pop the piñata and my son got to do the ticket blaster thing. for those not familiar with this vague explanation it is lots of fun for the birthday child. I really like Chuck E. Cheese. They are incredibly clean and have a great variety of food for me and my kids. I can bring my work or reading and relax while my kids have a great time in a safe place where they can't get into much trouble. I generally only go during weekdays so I can always find a place to sit. I find that the parents are attentive so most of the kids are well behaved. The only thing I wish it had was WiFi. read more

Ok. Let's start with the obvious. Chuck E. Cheese's has a bad reputation for being crowded, dirty, loud, and with the fact they sell alcoholic beverages to adults in an environment filled with yelling, running kids that produce an immense amount of stress, not the best idea to have alcohol available because of the news headlines that read "Brawl at Chuck E. Cheese's". However, I have been to this particular location several times on a Saturday, usually from between 2pm-5pm and have had the exact opposite experience of what I mentioned above each time. Not crowded, actually clean, and the children and adults are all pretty much tamed and under control! The food is your typical fast food type food and pizza. Bonus points that the pizza has always come out hot and fresh. The wings aren't something you should order, regular out of a bag, baked and gross. Kids chicken nuggets meal was burnt on the edges today. No big deal tho. 4 stars due to it being quiet and stress free on a Saturday afternoon. read more
