Awful experience just trying to have a better day. we get there and spend over a hundred bucks for tickets and food and the manager tells us our movie is "down the hall and on your right" but he didn't say what theater to go to so we ended up going to the movie we wanted to, but we only got to see 30 minutes of it because someone didn't do their god damn job and tell us where the movie was. so not only did we lose a load of money but our day was ruined my the staff who were incompetent. this is a FIREABLE OFFENSE hollywood theater, please do something about it. this happened on May 2 2026. We stopped by because my wife is a huge Jurassic Park fan to buy all the stuff that's promotional for the movie. Popcorn buckets, drink tumblers, little diorama, all of it. It's a lot of stuff. The staff is so amazing that they offered to carry it to the car for her. They didn't have to do it, they initiated the help. They went above and beyond their jobs. read more

Theater never answers the phone and hasn't in years. If you need to contact them, you must go in physically, and good luck getting a manager to talk to (regarding lost items, unlimited memberships, anything really). Frequently smells of body odor, floors stick to your shoes, and bathrooms aren't moderately clean even on days when there are no other customers in sight (think busy bar on a Friday). Shows hardly ever start on time, with trailers starting 5-15 minutes after showtime. Movies almost always start about 30 minutes after showtime. Prices are nowhere near what they ought to be considering all this. It's truly unfortunate that this theater has fallen so low in the years since COVID. I was once a twice-a-week visitor, and now I don't even want to go for big Marvel movies. read more

There are certain things I love about this place. Friendly service, no issues with the picture or sound in the theaters and the bathrooms are generally well maintained. The floors of the theaters are horrendous and my shoes almost always stick to everything for a few days after seeing a movie there. read more

Booked movie tickets for myself and my family online for a 6 PM show. If you've been here, you know that there are assigned seats. When we get in the auditorium, we notice there are people in our seats. Long story short, they moved the film up to 5:30 without notifying us, so we lost our seats and missed a portion of the movie. My friend and I went to see Magic Mike The last Dance today at your theater. We bought two discounted admissions, two small drinks and two small popcorns and it was $35!!!! Oh. My. God. It's true, a bottle of water is $4.69 for ONE bottle and a hot dog is the same price? WTF?? From the outside, the theater looks good, but once you get in, waiting in line to get any kind of snacks, it's like waiting in the lobby of Hell's most crowded theater. :-( We were there to see The Hateful 8, and the theater was packed. I'm sitting in the theater waiting for my movie to begin (Bombshell) and I immediately noticed that there's still a drink in a cup holder from a previous show. Falls in line with the bad, bad, very bad customer service I just received. As one line was finishing up (and before I could slide over to be helped) the one young man who was leaning on the cash register and giving his best, "I don't give a f" face, darted out a door. His manager even looked in his direction in exasperation. I make my order and as I'm paying, I hand the man at the register my rewards card. He promptly replies, "Too late. I already hit the button." Without a care in the world and certainly not one for the customers, these are just a few of the reasons why I cannot stand this theater. I went to see Avatar and after I got home I realized that my wallet was gone and it had probably fallen out of my pocket, so I called the lost and found 3 times and they never answered. So I went back to the theater within 30 minutes of me leaving. When I went back in my wallet was gone and I stupidly did not ask any of the employees if they had found a wallet because I had already told the man who was checking tickets that I lost my wallet and I assumed that there was no lost and found since nobody had answered my call. I then went back to my house then finally back to the theater and asked the same guy I had told that I lost my wallet if anyone had seen my wallet and he finally called up to the security office and wouldn't you know they found it. I walked up to the security office and the security guy opened the door handed me my wallet and quickly shit the door. I thought that it was really suspicious that he didn't ask if everything was in my wallet and that he shut the door on me so quickly so I looked in my wallet and all of my $71 was gone. I knocked on the door again and asked where my money was. He nervously responded, "there was no money in the wallet when it was reported." That means that whoever found my wallet was most likely someone who works at the theater, because it's their job to go through the theater and clean it. Also, I highly doubt that a customer would look in between seats at the movie theater. The moral of the story is always be careful with your money when you go out in public especially here. Side note: I have see other people have said that the staff is really weird and I can confirm that all of them are a little off and that's not based on this one experience. I frequent this theater once in a while because I personally think that the screens are slightly nicer than Forum's. Today I spent $28 to see the Planet of the Apes trilogy. Very pricey considering two of these films are several years old now, but I'm a big fan of the series so I was willing to pay that much. I was shivering the entire 8 hours I was in there. It felt like it was below sixty degrees. That probably feels nice to come into for a 90 min. film, since that day it was over 100 degrees outside. But for an 8 hour event, it was incredibly uncomfortable and distracting. I usually don't purchase concessions, but since I was going to be here for so long, I purchased a Medium Combo. When I tried to get a refill, I was informed that I'd have to pay the full price for another popcorn since it was only a Medium. This is highway robbery, and exactly why movie theaters will soon become a thing of the past. I'm an avid film lover, and go out of my way to support and promote places such as Ragtag and the Alamo Drafthouse, who go above and beyond to make their patrons feel welcome. Why isn't zero stars possible? Theatre 4 reeks of sewage. Yes, actual sewage. Employees confirmed they were aware of it for several days, but beyond that, they simply didn't seem to care If it's actual sewage, it's obviously a serious public health hazard. Wanting a nice little date night with the boyfriend and decided on a movie. It's so expensive to go to a movie here, even the drinks are way over priced. To top off the fact we spent almost $45 for two people, popcorn and 2 sodas the theater had a horrible smell. The 1st theater room smelt like straight urine mixed with a cat litter box. People were even commenting on how horrible it smelt. I'm so disappointed as I used to go here and liked it but it's gone down hill. I even feel like I smell like urine. It's the same fare you'll find in a million other theaters in a million other well-lighted strips in a million other cities in America. Why single this place out? I'm going to have to go with the decor and the general vibe. It's really bad. Never busy - I don't know how they stay in business. The staff is in slow motion because there is never anything going on here. The theatre is always empty and you can sit anywhere. Kind of a pain that they have closed all the concession stands except the main one so you have to walk to it to get refills. read more

Overall it's a nice theater. Prices are alright, concession prices are normal for a movie theater. One thing that sets this place apart from the other theater in town is that you can reserve your seats ahead of time or choose them as you are buying your ticket at the booth. Fun time at the theater. It appeared clean, and the line moved pretty quickly. Cost was about 21$ for 2 adults in the evening. Food at the concession stand is very high. We got a small popcorn, icee, and nachos and it was $20. So 40 for a 2 hour movie. The movie was great! The picture quality was wonderful, the sound was just right. The ushers came into the theater twice during viewing to make sure people weren't on the cell phones interrupting other customers. We enjoyed it and will be back. read more

It was just another movie. I went to a matinee showing of the new Harry Potter movie, and was not impressed nor disappointed. It's not cool like a small indie theater. It's your typical megaplex. As it was a matinee showing, and the students are out of town, there weren't many people in the theater which was kind of nice. The floors were not so covered in spilled soda that your feet stuck to the floors. If you want to see one of the big Hollywood movies and you're looking for the standard multiplex, then this will work. read more

I understand the movie theater not supposed to be cheap but you definitely can go to forum and see the movie for cheaper. Also over there they have told me that as long as the food isn't messy, they aren't gonna harass you about bringing it in. Overall I'd say if you're really still going to the movie theater in this day in age, go to Goodrich Forum 8. I honestly cannot decide what's worse: the smell, or the lack of decent air conditioning inside the theater. I was in auditorium 7, and it was more humid inside the theater than it was outside. Coupled with the high prices, and the weird smell (it smells like the house where no one cleans up anything). Also, the men's room floor was sticky...like someone peed on the floor, and they just spread it around. Also, there are severely broken seats. Regal Cinemas bought this chain in early 2013, I'm guessing that they decided to just keep the crappy Hollywood Theaters branding and signs. Looks like the only thing Regal has done is raise the concession prices, and add a photobooth in the lobby. read more

Nice theater, comfortable seats and they keep the temperature in the theaters nice and cool so it feels good in the summer. But if you're going to use the bathrooms be prepared to wipe your hands on your pants because they have the worst hand dryers in the city of Columbia. read more

This is a nice movie theater. The building is large and clean and the staff is friendly. The prices are a little high, compared to Forum 8.

Very high ticket prices in my opinion $54.98 dollars for me, wife, And our 2 year old and 5 year old. Plus 1 drink and one bucket of pop corn was around $16 dollars. The theater seemed to be very clean. Prices will keep us from going back to this theater though. read more

I was very displeased with my experience, and I will not be returning. After purchasing a ticket for a 10:15 showing of a movie, I was ushered into my theater, finding it slightly peculiar that the movie had already started. Thinking that I had merely missed the previews, I watched the film in its entirety, but realized upon exiting that the same movie in the theater next to mine was still going on, which didn't make sense considering that I had seen the latest showing. Then I looked at my ticket, and realized that I had been given a ticket to the 9:40 showing after specifically requesting the 10:15. I spoke to a manager about it, who acted both imposed upon and unsympathetic. Although their mistake had made me miss at least twenty minutes of the movie, I was told that "the registers were shut down for the night, so nothing could be done." No profuse apologies, no promise of reimbursement or a movie voucher to re-view the movie in its entirety, but merely a vague suggestion to "try coming again tomorrow to talk to someone." Profoundly unimpressed with the lack of professionalism or basic customer service. read more

This place is totally fine. Coming back to visit CoMo from the East Coast, I find the prices here very reasonable, even cheaper than STL. You can't beat the parking here, and it's rarely crowded. Bring your own food - in fact, haul in a cooler - I doubt the staff would notice. read more

weirdest, most passive aggressive interaction i've received from a worker. ever. i ordered 3 slushies specifically , one mtn dew, two pepsi. i heard him repeat the order to one of his coworkers and it was wrong so i kindly & clearly corrected him. he brought back three slushes & two were cherry, after i told him the same order, twice. but i did not check the screen when he was putting the slushes in, so that part was my fault. but his passive aggressiveness after the fact was his. after him &his coworker exchanged a long, exasperated look at eachother after i kindly said it was wrong, he proceeded to pour the cherry slush out of both cups. look at me and say "you don't mind if there's a little cherry still in there, do you?" passive aggressive tone. refill the cups he used for the previous wrong slushes. now that was just hilariously weird to me but okay. go off i guess.. to be quite honest i don't care about the cups. i care about the way his attitude and tone affected my night negatively. bc unfortunately it did. it just seemed very passive aggressive. and odd. very odd. but there was this very kin guy who helped me find the movie i was supposed to be seeing because i got really anxious and couldn't find it and he helped ;) so thank you to him. fr. he a real one. read more
