During the estimate and planning, there were a few difficulties in communicating my requirements, but this was true for other companies I contacted so not letting it impact the review. After a recent rain we can confirm the water is flowing away from the house and the broom finish and joint lines turned out nicely. In 2025 a fence put up by Ergeon in 2018 falling down. Center Post failing. Called the company and…read morethey would not fix the post but will instead put a sister post next to it to brace it for $900. I had an independent contractor replace the center Post for $500. This involved taking down the fence around the post, and removing the concrete bottom and failing post. Turned out that the culprit was termites invading from the bottom of the post and weakening it. Apparently the concrete bottom did not cover the bottom of the post.

I needed all the overgrowth cleared out, wanted to replace the patch of lawn with pavers, and add 4 sturdy posts for hanging hammocks. I didn't want to commit to building a full blown shade structure, and I'm still considering options for my perimeter flower beds. Juan was very accommodating and suggested a phased approach, which worked out great. I'll be able to use my yard now, while I ponder how far I want to go in the future. Importantly, his crew busted out the whole job in 3 and a half days! Other quotes I got indicated it would be at least a week, maybe longer. I have an in-person role at work so time off was limited and the speed he offered was key. They crew showed up early, worked hard all day, and cleaned up each night. Juan personally came by multiple times each day to check progress and insure the job was moving well. This allowed me to make a couple minor modifications in real time, which he was very gracious about accommodating. Our front sidewalk and steps were cracking so we wanted to install pavers like our backyard. We also wanted to eliminate the steps so it's a sloping ramp. Juan was responsive and came out to give me a quote the same week. The quote was reasonable (I had one other quote) and we were able to set dates to get started. On the day of the project, I had a change in design and also added a new section. We were able to agree on a new price and they accommodated my concerns. The team completed the project in 2 days as promised and helped to clean up as much as possible. I should have probably suggested having them use their own water hose as they broke mine. But I've worked with quite a few workers on a variety of projects in the past and I would definitely work with them again.
