Despite heavy rains, there was zero pooling; the rain gutters were routed directly into pipes beneath the concrete for a clean, streamlined look. - Smart Home Integration: All landscape lighting and irrigation were hooked up to smart-home enabled controllers for total automation and convenience. - The office staff was very responsive, addressing any concerns or follow-up questions usually within a single business day. He worked to ensure that we had a good strategy for redirecting water from the downspout to the patio and for redirecting water via a small 'channel' parallel to the driveway to allow for better water management. Being a highly visual person, I also found their showroom very helpful in choosing colors and patterns for the stamped concrete finish. In preparation and execution, Paul and the team took great care planning out each phase, protecting my new glass garage door and fixing a small nick on the house during the cement pour. He also personally adjusted the patio downspout, intentionally going out of his way with a plan to avoid creating unnecessary holes in the new siding. He also helped me anticipate and plan for mail and other deliveries during the time the walkway would be off-limits. Our requirements were demolition, removal of old fence and installed new NO-SIDE fence with Redwood planks. Everything was confirmed and the price split in 2, I pay mine and he pays his, we use credit card to set up payment. The first appointment was canceled and the second was done in one day. Alessandra was the coordinator and she did a great job making sure everything to our convenience. I wasn't home while they started and finished the job, my neighbor was there. I needed all the overgrowth cleared out, wanted to replace the patch of lawn with pavers, and add 4 sturdy posts for hanging hammocks. Juan was very accommodating and suggested a phased approach, which worked out great. I'll be able to use my yard now, while I ponder how far I want to go in the future. Importantly, his crew busted out the whole job in 3 and a half days! Other quotes I got indicated it would be at least a week, maybe longer. Our front sidewalk and steps were cracking so we wanted to install pavers like our backyard. We also wanted to eliminate the steps so it's a sloping ramp. On the day of the project, I had a change in design and also added a new section. We were able to agree on a new price and they accommodated my concerns. The team completed the project in 2 days as promised and helped to clean up as much as possible. I should have probably suggested having them use their own water hose as they broke mine.
