Several years ago we needed to replace some glass panels in our then 20+ year old Four Season's brand sunroom. We purchased the glass from the local franchise and Jason was contracted by them to do the install. He was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and very professional. When he was done with installing 10 glass panels, you'd never know he was here. Cleaned up, and away he went. Couldn't be happier with his work. Fast forward about seven years to May 2018, we started having issues with our sunroom again. We had the franchise guy out to take a look to see what needed to be done. Turns out all the sunroom hardware and structure was fine, it seemed the 34+ year old deck support structure below the sunroom might be the issue. I called Jason to come check it out. (I was so happy with his work before and smart enough to get his business card. Jason came, and again was very polite, courteous, and focused on resolving our issue. Happy to say, he did a fantastic job once again. I will surely be using him for all my handyman services moving forward, as I've become unable to do a lot of this type stuff for myself anymore due to a injury and now disability. He didn't overcharge for an emergency visit and was very thorough. It was not an easy problem to diagnose but he said that if he had to come back he wouldn't charge again and he kept his word on that! He had to come back a few times and dint charge anything extra! I would recommend Walden Plumbing over and over again!!
