Several years ago we needed to replace some glass panels in our then 20+ year old Four Season's brand sunroom. We purchased the glass from the local franchise and Jason was contracted by them to do the install. He was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and very professional. When he was done with installing 10 glass panels, you'd never know he was here. Cleaned up, and away he went. Couldn't be happier with his work. Fast forward about seven years to May 2018, we started having issues with our sunroom again. We had the franchise guy out to take a look to see what needed to be done. Turns out all the sunroom hardware and structure was fine, it seemed the 34+ year old deck support structure below the sunroom might be the issue. I called Jason to come check it out. I caution against working with Santini's Landscaping. I've tried to resolve the issues we've had…read morewith them privately, but they refuse to respond. The list of issues with the project we paid for is long, so I will share a few key points. First, they did not do what we paid them a significant sum to do. You can find images of the design we agreed to as well as what we ended up with on our Google Review. You can form your own opinion from there. Second, they damaged our brand new fence and refused to reimburse us the $945.00 we had to pay to get it fixed. Third, we requested they remove 2 Facebook posts advertising their business that featured our property. One of the posts included our young child, and it took several requests until they finally removed it. The second post has not been removed as of this date. We hired Steve Santini thinking that his business was well-established and we were willing to pay a higher amount than quoted by others to have the work done properly. Unfortunately, we made a significant mistake. Steve ordered his workers to deviate from the agreed upon design and contractual agreement without consulting us. In the end, we had to hire a different landscaping company to fix what Santini did to our property.

Drew proved easy to work with, very flexible and fair and he saw the job through to completion despite delayed delivery of materials that threw off our schedule. In fact he arrived early to prep the job site, an added bonus, and he pushed on through a brief rainstorm and into the dark of night to finish the job. All the while he remained calm and collected. So did his assistant who was a very productive and good partner. As the day wore on, I watched Drews talents with the heavy machinery and his eye for detail. I could see Drew wanted to do the job right. I recognized his dedication and personal work ethic. These things say a lot about a person, especially in this current day and age, when some contractors can cut corners or bring their egos to work. I must admit, I had a moment of doubt before the job started. Drew is a solo operator and doesn't have a glitzy website or logos that some others may have. He has very little social media presence to go by, but his gentle persistence, integrity and willingness to work within my budget parameters won the day and I recommended him for that.
