I wholeheartedly understood that it would take a few months to be seen by their "family doctors", but when I was told they only had 3 available doctors taking new patients I was perfectly fine with the schedule to wait. Then the receptionist tells me which doctor I wanted and mentioned Dr. Wagner as a first option so I opt that my two kids and I be seen by Dr. Wagner. Then here's the catch: the receptionist asks you a bunch of MEDICAL questions and current meds you're on and Dr. Wagner will then "DECIDE" if he will see us?! WHAT IN THE HEALTH CARE WORLD?! I was shocked by her statement and received a call two days later saying that Dr. Wagner decline to "care" or see my kids and I. BRAVO, DR. WAGNER!
