They said they'd repair it and ship it back for free but I was drove from outta and didn't wanna go through the hassle. It was just cheaper to pay a cobbler. The boots were high quality and I'm considering buying another pair from them considering the minor defect. They did have all the accessories you need to wash and clean your boots so I bought that stuff too.
