The ladies laughed when I asked for a time frame to complete the items--- I thought that was strange versus just saying if they could complete it or not . When I brought in the items I brought two more items to leave with them to complete whenever they had time . They were visibly bothered that I brought more items even though it was for a different day. Long story short I asked for pricing of the two items and they gave me the price but the next day when I came for pick up they charged much more. I asked about the price change as I never encountered that at a business - do not come here their pricing changes based on how they feel and they are both very rude .

I knew he was the one to help us because he wore a tape measure hanging around his neck. We were looking for a new suit and a sports coat....I regret not writing his name down because this gentleman knew the merchandise so well he could describe which ones were the most comfortable for this Tyler heat and humidity in the summer. This store happened to be making immediate preparations to close and move to a new mall in south Tyler, so while the employee was eager to help us find a good fit, we walked out with one great-fitting sports coat and recommendations to see another Men's Wearhouse as his store would close in two days and not reopen until the fall. We needed the suit very soon so we are taking his advice.
