But instead of ordering the frame for correction, he had the picture ready to go. I'm thinking why did you tell me it was ready if you knew it was not correct? I was ticked because it was already taking a long time. I called him to check on the status and he tells me to come pick it up only for me to find out it wasn't ready and will take longer. He told me I could take it home but if it has to come back for correction what's the point? He never called with any updates, I always had to call him. It was finally ready in mid March. I mentioned my dissatisfaction to Jon directly and he apologized. He did not offer a coupon, percentage off, nada. I have friends who are looking for a framer and I took Jon's name off the table.
