Our carpet is still lifted and I have a 1 year old crawling on cement. Now, our AC unit went out and it is expected to be 115 degrees this week, I called to tell them we needed someone to come out but they told me it would take 3-5 business days to send someone out... it has now been 7 days and no one has called or come out. The worker who answers the phone, Jocelyn, is VERY rude. They need better management and definitely need to be considerate about who they hire to answer their phones. If I could give ZERO stars I would.

My old manager? meh... didn't really care, made me feel like I was losing money and it was all on me. Chambers kinda changed all that. Vacancies dont drag forever anymore, tenants actually pay on time, treat the place decent... sounds simple but after what I went thru before it felt amazing. Tenants seem way calmer too. Less drama, fewer complaints... stuff actually gets handled. Chambers takes care of the communication, maintenance, all that stuff without turning it into a headache. Tenants know who to call and stuff actually gets fixed lol. I also like that I'm not just left guessing anymore. New applicant? I know. Lease signed? I know. Something pops up? I hear about it before it's a bigger problem. I don't feel outta the loop like I did before. Honestly... I'm not stressing about who's living there or how long it'll sit empty. After a while, I just stopped asking and hoped nothing went wrong, which isn't exactly comforting when real money is involved. Once Chambers took over, that changed pretty quickly. Now when I have a question, I ask it and I get a real answer. Not days later. Not after following up multiple times. Just a normal, timely response like you would expect. It sounds basic, but it made a huge difference. What really stood out to me was how approachable they are. I've asked about lease stuff, tenant situations, random landlord questions, even things I probably should already know. I never felt rushed, brushed off, or made to feel dumb for asking. There were also times I reached out about things that weren't urgent at all or weren't technically their issue yet. They still helped me think it through and gave honest input. That was unexpected and genuinely appreciated. At this point, I don't feel like I'm guessing anymore. I've been waiting for my security deposit check for over a month. Simple "dumb" excuses, yet I had to call and remind them.. class act from garbage management. My neighbors were awesome. I even fixed so many issues before the so called "maintenance man" would come to fix them. I'm not going to wait a damn month. Hope y'all get a new manager, the one there is up to par with anything and everything.

Now an entire family with the parents and teenagers and very small children have moved in with grandma in a tiny one bedroom apt. They hide during the day and them come out at night.

I found they have plenty of guest parking and each unit has its own single car garage. The two bedroom and two bath unit we saw was upstairs it was nice and spacious with plenty of closet space in the bedrooms and two generous size bathrooms. The living dining combination is a good size for a three piece sofa, love seat chair set, it also has a fireplace and large balcony you can access from the master. The kitchen area is average size but has plenty of storage and a small pantry. The indoor laundry is located in the kitchen behind closed doors. Sonya was the lease agent that assisted us. She was very polite, friendly, professional and explained every term in detail.

The grounds are very well kept, it's pin-drop quiet at night and very safe. The rent is reasonable for the area and we're grateful we found our home here. Managers are the heart of any complex (if you've ever had a bad one, you know!) and ours (Susan) is friendly, efficient and absolutely awesome at her job. We are very lucky to have one that listens, responds quickly and is on top of everything. Our maintenance man, Felipe, is also wonderful & is always available for anything we may need him for. Honestly, we hope to be here for years to come.

If you can…read morehandle your cars being broken into, the laundry room being used as a washroom by bums, random people walking through at all hours of the night checking to make sure your property is secured then this place is for you! If they would just put a gate in (One entrance in, open to all who dare enter), I would gladly pay at least $100 a month more for rent. My vehicle has been broken into 3 times, laundry stolen once, and laundry ransacked multiple times. I confront about one random person a week who come through on missions of exploration. There is only one employee here, the manager who seems overburdened but she does the best she can with the limited resources she is given. Repairs will take some time as approval comes from the owner in the bay area. Other than the total lack if security it's a decent place for super cheap. Dont expect counters without cracked tiles, or appliances made in the last 20 years though. If the county approves the annual city inspection on all rental units it might be closed for repairs soon enough though (roofing issues).

The complex is very well maintained, and whenever an issue comes up, Rick is very quick to respond and stays on top of getting things taken care of in a fast professional manner! He loves this complex just like his own! The complex is very quiet even with living right at the front and safe to where I feel safe enough to walk my dogs alone if needed! I really appreciate the onsite pool, as well as the convenience of having an in-unit washer and dryer. One area that could be improved is the windows. They are still single-pane, and updating them would likely help with insulation, comfort, and overall efficiency. Additionally, there has been an issue with cigarette smoke coming from a neighboring unit, which can sometimes be noticeable in our master bedroom. Overall, I have enjoyed my two years here and more to come, and appreciate the well-maintained property and responsive management!
