My teeth are really healthy so I don't see the main dentist often but the couple of interactions I've had with her have been very kind. But my absolute most favorite person to talk to and get my cleanings done with is Huang. She's so down to earth and easy to talk to. She's careful and wont wet you and poke you on accident. She explains everything she does. And the whole cleaning experience feels like a spa! They even give you a hot towel to clean your chin/mouth area up when you're done. There's snacks in there and drinks. Everything is clean and the outside area is adorable. I don't have trouble parking and I don't have to wait. Just walk in and they are ready for my appointment! I saw a video online recently that said it's actually very difficult to find good dentists to do cleanings because many are shady and will only have their dental assistants polish your teeth. I do not have that experience here. The technology is modern and advanced, even some of my old dental places didn't have what they have here. Note: I am a cash paying customer. I do not go through insurance. It's a little expensive compared to other places but you get what you pay for. The experience is much much much better here. And for anyone worried about dealing with people who have accents from their home country, that's also not the case here. They speak fluent English with no accent. Which I know is a weird comment but I think some people care about that. So don't worry about it. It's also super cool that the dentist and hygienist are sisters lol. Dr. Miyamoto saw him and we told him he was home for the summer and starting a job in a week. He told his staff to find a spot for him and we were back in 3 days to get his wisdom teeth pulled. Dr. Miyamoto explained to us that he uses stem cells which speeds up recovery. It has been 2 weeks since he had them done and he has healed nicely. No complications and minimum down time. My other son had his wisdom teeth pulled 5 years prior and same top notch treatment and recovery! I will definitely be referring anyone I know who needs an oral surgeon to Dr. Miyamoto. Many thanks!

From the moment we walked in, the entire team made my partner and me feel welcome and comfortable. Janice got us signed in and was incredibly kind and helpful, and she also assisted my partner with her X-rays. Myra took my X-rays and made the process smooth and easy. My hygienist Brandi was wonderful. She made me feel extremely safe and comfortable during my cleaning and was very attentive while I was explaining the pain I had been experiencing. She also helped make sure I was able to get scheduled quickly for the care I needed. During the exam, they determined I needed a root canal and immediately referred me to Friendly Hills Endodontics so I could be treated right away. The referral process was seamless, and the root canal procedure was not only timely but completely painless during the procedure. Most importantly, the pain I had been dealing with is now completely gone. When we checked out, Amy was incredibly helpful and supportive, offering great advice and making sure we understood everything moving forward. Debbie, who helped schedule my initial appointment, was also wonderful and made the whole process easy from the beginning. I'm so grateful to Brandi, Amy, Debbie, Janice, and Myra for their kindness, professionalism, and the way they made us feel safe and comfortable throughout the entire process. I experienced a lot of pain during my last procedure, and I felt like the staff was annoyed by kind of how they were speaking with me almost as if they were saying well you know this is kind of your fault since you don't want to use a certain numbing.. I had two different people ask me why I can't use that and explain it was for medical reasons so that was just very uncomfortable because I had already explained before and it's in my chart that I can't use a certain type of for medical reasons.. so be questioned by two different staff members while I'm already in excruciating pain and actually in tears in a chair was so uncomfortable. I actually had to take a break during that appointment because I was sobbing not only from the pain but just from the treatment I was getting. I had also gotten a filling done and I'm still having issues on that filling to the point that I have to actually baby that tooth because the feeling is just not quite right. And there was another issue that I had with getting appointment because my schedule and the doctor being out for a crown issue I was having. Unfortunately, has been quite a bumpy road with them, which is never the experience that I had in the past they were always so kind so attentive like very calming very relaxing so for it to turn so quickly was just unexpected and such a bummer because I do have dental anxiety and they've always done such a good job in the past about making me feel comfortable. But after these past couple experiences, I truly don't know that I'll return to their office.

Parking is never an issue since they have a stand-alone business with their own parking lot. The entire staff is punctual, friendly, and professional from the front desk staff, technicians, and my dentist. The facility is immaculately clean, and the equipment is state of the art. The dental technicians are gentle and caring which make the experience here much more tolerable. Although the prices are higher than my previous dentist office, I don't mind paying the premium prices and feel they are justified. It's been about a half a year since my first visit and have had several visits and should wrap up with a crown this week. I recommend this office if you're in need of a new dental office.

She evaluated me, explained exactly what can be done and an hour later, I had a beautiful new tooth. It is some type of a filling that she molded and ground to form a perfect tooth for me. Though please note that there was a change in ownership and some of the reviews actually belong to the service and care of a Dr. Nelson - who retired. I also waited till I had a second visit before sitting down and writing my experience. The first time I had a good hygienist who was friendly and thorough. The second time I had an asian woman who stood the entire scaling time. That was a first for me and I'm one who goes every 6 months. I have been looking for a new practice since my previous beloved one no longer was in network for us. The two exams I had with Dr. Lee with were very brief. She wasn't particularly personable but coupled with the fact that she didn't give me the time to fully examine my toothache complaint was the biggest issue I had. She had basically advised me to come back for a more thorough exam because she didn't see anything on the x-ray and visible decay from the biting surface. Fast forward less than 6 mo later, I found out I had decay underneath my sealant that was causing my sensitive. I came from an excellent practice that was extremely proactive and on top of patient education for both hygiene and gum care. I was always given good information and options as well as a thorough explanation when I showed an interest or had additional questions. That was very much not the case here. Perhaps to someone who only needs a cleaning and is comfortable with that level of practice, this could work for them but I was truly disappointed with the level of service and care and am seeking care with another provider.
