They are called 'Express' because their sign says they will have your work done in an hour. And my slacks were ready in an hour! Vanee asked if I'd like to try them on but now, of course, I needed to get my groceries home so...no, I did not try them on. I'll follow up if there's a problem but so far, so good. Friendly. Best value dry cleaner in the area by far!…read more I've been going to Jeff for ages with my suits and shirts. For $2.50 a shirt he washes, drys and irons my shirts perfectly. A lot of cleaners dry shirts in a heavy duty dryer which basically ruins them. Jeff air dries them in the store. He is also one of the cheapest dry cleaners in the area. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because there has been a few times where stuff hasn't been ready on time but then I guess he's just busy and seems to run the shop completely by himself.

Herman is a pleasure to deal with, his expertise and attention to detail are outstanding, he listens carefully to his customers and guides them through the myriad of choices of fabric and styles, all the way down to the most subtle detail, such as ensuring that the left cuff of a shirt is slightly larger so as to accommodate a watch. Following the commissioning of the garment, Herman kept me informed of the progress throughout the process, and I was amazed at how quickly my garment were made. When I went in for the fitting, I was delighted to see how well-made the suit and the shirt were, and how nice they looked. I would unreservedly recommend Herman Bros & Co. for any tailoring needs.

Herman talks you through the dozens of options at each stage of the process, including jacket and trouser style, lapel width, lining, buttons, etc. My first suit from Herman Bros came back in about six weeks and the fit was spot on first go. Herman's prices are incredible value when you consider an off the rack suit with alterations would have cost about the same. I'll be returning in a few months to fill out the remainder of my wardrobe and couldn't be more pleased.

They're already incredibly busy but also have exclusive clients, like celebrities in town for concerts. But they have great care and skill and the level of customer service I'm always so assured and safe to leave my delicate, expensive garments with them and not have to worry about it. Vincent the main guy, is very friendly and will chat to you about fabrics if you have any queries. He's very knowledgeable and definitely knows his stuff. When you think of service that will "take care of you" these drycleaners do exactly that. I cannot praise them highly enough. They even fixed my garments that been destroyed by lesser, more rip off-y drycleaners who had done a torch job to my fine clothes. They specialise in repairing leather etc, as they have a specialist they use for leatherwork and they won't send it if it can't be done. They're upfront, so they'll tell you what they can or can't do. Cost wise, is definitely affordable, although if you've being going as long as I have you get the odd discount every now and then. And they open early and close late for those unavoidable emergencies. I highly recommend, you'll be pleasantly surprised.
