I was referred to Jonathan Arias by a friend who is an attorney while I was in Florida. I hired Mr…read more Arias with confidence that he could effectively represent me in a real estate landlord-tenant matter. I provided him with the complete details of my case, including information concerning my claim of lien. After more than nine years and thousands of dollars in attorney's fees, the communication and follow-up were extremely disappointing. When the judgment was finally entered, I received it by email from his receptionist instead of receiving a direct explanation from Mr. Arias. Only after I threatened to file a complaint with the Bar regarding what I believed to be misleading representations did he follow up concerning the judgment. Although the judge ruled in my favor, I did not recover any money. Based on my experience, there was inadequate follow-up after the judgment and poor communication throughout the representation. I was also dissatisfied with the advice I received concerning my claim of lien and the communications with opposing counsel. My advice is caveat emptor--let the buyer beware. A favorable judgment means very little when there is no effective follow-through or recovery.

He was very responsive to my questions and was always available when I reached out to him. Whereas I hope to never need legal representation again, if I ever do, I know exactly who I will be calling. I am writing in response to your recent reply regarding my previous review. I would like to clarify…read morethat as soon as your office responded, I immediately called. However, once again, I was told that I would receive a callback and never did. Attached, you will find three receipts totaling $3,000, not $30 or $300, but $3,000. Given this amount, it is unacceptable that no action or progress was made on my case. I trusted your office with this payment, expecting services to be rendered, but instead I am told my case is CLOSED! This is not only disappointing but unprofessional, and I believe your office should be held accountable for this. Your response stating that your team called me multiple times is a LIE. I called several times to explain my situation, yet my case was never initiated. Each call resulted in a promise of a callback, or a note being left for the attorney, which, frankly, is an inadequate approach to handling sensitive matters. The use of sticky notes to track client cases is highly unprofessional and shows a lack of attention to detail. I was assigned to a paralegal, Sandra Eirnova (who had no clue what she was doing), who failed to provide the necessary communication regarding the steps needed to proceed with my case. I went to your office this year January 2025 again to see if anything can be done and they told me NO your case is closed we will have someone from accounting to call you and see If something can be done AGAIN no call back. As a client needing immigration services you really believe I wasn't going to take any ACTION after paying your firm 3k and you have the audacity to say you called me and in reality, you didn't. I will accept the fact that my payment to your office was a GIFT for doing absolutely NOTHING! I hope that you take this feedback seriously and reconsider the way your firm handles client cases moving forward

Due to such reviews I was convinced Elina would help my husband and I. She's straightforward and…read moretells you how the process is step by step however our case has taken far too long, I've tried contacting her team to figure out what's going on and they say they'll call back and don't, they ask us to sign the same papers over and over, they don't send out the packages as soon as possible because they're not organized. I'm disappointed for being tricked to believe this process with her would be a breeze. I was trying to figure out what was happening and apparently spoken to her team extensively as she's told me. The thing is they take their time and you can honestly do all of it by yourself instead of getting yourself in a $6,000 debt with someone who doesn't have your best interest at heart.

Our experience at Dominguez Law Firm, PLLC has been nothing short of amazing! Five stars falls…read moreshort of the wonderful experience we had working with Melissa. She deserves a million stars! A little backstory here: I moved to the United States in early 2020. The court and office closures due to the pandemic didn't make it easy for my husband (then fiance) and I to get our marriage registered, however, we managed to get it done within the required timeframe, thanks to a friend who's a notary. We got our marriage license from the court soon after and then came the daunting task of filing for my PR, EAD, SSN, etc. This is when our friend referred us to Melissa's office. What seemed daunting and stressful at first, Melissa made the same process a smooth sailing for us. Melissa is a thorough professional and has absolute expertise in her field of work. What sets her apart from most immigration attorneys, according to us, is her humane approach to her clients. She believes in making it easy for her clients and is very friendly, approachable, honest and transparent with the process from day 1. She's always on top of things and is always available to consult via email or phone. She has a keen eye for detail and is very diligent with follow ups. She even chose to accompany us in person for the PR interview although she had the choice to be available over the phone if needed. That decision alone speaks volumes about her thorough professionalism and her willingness to stand by her clients at every step of the way. Working with her is a breeze. From start to finish. We will absolutely be consulting her again in the future for any immigration related work. For anyone looking for a smooth and transparent immigration experience, we wholeheartedly recommend Dominguez Law Firm, PLLC.

We parted with the firm when my fiancé arrived in the US. We decided we could rely on our own research and submit the final paperwork on our own. We diligently organized all the required documents and steps and submitted our applications. Due to a technicality the applications were rejected. It was then we found Melissa at the Dominguez Law Firm. She was attentive, responsive and extremely knowledgeable about immigration policies and procedures. She cut through all the verbiage and simplified the matter for us. She stayed on top of our case and often advised us of any changes before we even knew. She also accompanied us to our final interview and was a calming influence on us. We are now proud recipients of a permanent resident alien status and we have Melissa to thank for making the process easier for us.

I can't remember where I first saw Idalis's name but I do remember her outstanding reviews…read moreconvinced me and my husband to go with her as our counsel. I'm very glad I did. Idalis and her team, because it's a team effort, with a special shout out to Idalmis (her sister who's the the COO to her CEO) Got the process going, kept it going, took care of every little detail, was very responsive to questions and concerns (even if I asked like the same thing probably five times). And kept checking in . Immigration issues always carry some stress. Knowing they were there for us took a huge weight off our shoulders. They weren't perfect there were a couple of glitches (most notably a form that didn't get filed as fast as it should of due to a teammembers medical issue that caused it to be overlooked for a few days.) But with the good communication back and forth, once the problem was identified it was immediately expedited and taken care of. To me seeing how a team handles a problem is a better indication of how good they are as opposed to when everything is running totally smoothly. Seeing them handle the problem so quickly and efficiently after recognizing it gave me more confidence that if something went wrong they would have it cleared up ASAP. So If you want a warm and friendly, and caring staff (the second time I sat with Idalmis she asked about my mother-in-law's health, which had been fragile at the time of initial meeting. Her concern was genuine and I was touched she remembered and asked me about it - luckily she was much better). Who is also experienced, diligent and effective. I absolutely recommend Idalis Perez and her excellent team.
