They do not remove or move the furniture. You are responsible for that. Sanded, stained applied to coats of finish and refinished floors in 2 days. Living room, dining room and kitchen. Everything went fine with only a few snafus that lowered them from a 5 to a 4. These snafus are: 1st day left at lunch w/o letting my husband know they where leaving and actually done for the day. Also left the 2nd day without a good bye either. Would be more professional and courteous to let the homeowners know. Next, they left their garbage by my front door. And they dumped a can of dust debris on my lawn. Lastly they they left the lights on in the rooms. Since I cannot walk on the floors for a day...this did not make me happy. As for the quality of their work I am very happy and the pics show they did do a great job. Without the snafus they would have gotten 5 stars from me. I also would recommend them. My floors look fantastic and like new!

He works 4 hours maximum (with an hour lunch in-between). Always has a phony excuse for arriving late and/or leaving early. I've read some of these bad reviews and couldn't agree more. I had him redo a lot of little things, but that's it, Minor, no big deal--for the price I paid. He remodeled 2 bedrooms and a bathroom in my basement for merely $6k TOTAL (Parts and Labor). That's a steal! Other contractors quoted me at $15-20k. One guy told me $12K for the bathroom alone! The pics I've seen from angry customers are pretty much the same things he did at my house. On a scale of 1-10 I think he scores a solid 7. Sure everyone wants a 10, but hey, I look at the bright side, I saved $10 THOUSAND dollars hiring Antonio. And I can live with those minor imperfections if it saved me all that money.
