Dr. Satterfield is a fine doctor and listens to you with your concerns the nurses are great too

I don't think it is appropriate to have to wait in the waiting room for an hour to see a nurse practioner.

I've never been very happy with their speed or attention to detail but changing Doctors is not the easiest of processes but recently, I became motivated to, for many reasons. I've been going to Dr. Christopher Compton and am on a medication I cannot skip & it's been a struggle getting refills, getting medications sent to the right pharmacy & now, after sending multiple messages with plenty of time to get a refill, I'm told the day I run out of my medicine they will have to see me in office. I'm not able to get into the office due to work, for three days and they expect me to go without & suffer withdrawals. The lack of care, respect for one's time, lack of attention to detail, etc., would cause me to finally give my true thoughts as a 1 out of 5 star practice & go elsewhere. Not being affiliated with a larger Hospital seems to let them operate however they please. I should've listened to many friends who said they would not recommend them, but due to them having different Doctors at this location, I figured I'd try. I regret that choice. read more
