September 29, 2023, I purchased a car, and paid every month, no late charges for a whole year. A…read moremonth and two weeks ago, I totaled my car. So, when I applied for another auto loan. I was quickly denied. State Farm paid most of the loan off within two weeks. I have been messaging Keesler on the claim status that GAP coverage will pay off the remaining balance October 18. Yet, despite my continued updates on their payment, they expected me to continue making payments. If I have no transportation to get to work, no money is coming in, how am I supposed to pay them? I get calls from collections and ignore them. Last week, GAP emailed me that the payoff check was mailed, and I forward that email to them. Yet, I am still getting calls. Do you think they really care about you or try to help. Wait till something happens with your account. Terrible Business!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had made several LARGE wire transfers, and this teller ( David ) could see I am clearly unhappy about making this one and flagged my accounts. I couldn't do anything! I left the bank Furious! Come to find out David's attention saved me; I was being SCAMMED!!! He saved me from losing another $20,000. Keesler bank should be proud to have David as an employee. I went from furious to TELL all employees about your David. He knew I would be furious, but he also knew that he was doing the right thing by flagging my account. Thank You, Thank You David! If I could give you a higher than 5 stars I would!
