I called Renasant Bank and asked what documents they needed to change. Sherry McCallum (Branch Manager) indicated that a copy of the State Registration showing the change of officers and a copy of minutes of the meeting indicating the change of officers were needed along with my IDs. All information was provided. Now, Sherry is refusing to make the change until we hold a special meeting to specifically vote and record on whom to take off the bank account and whom to add. This is unacceptable.

Although this is not my bank, my mother and daughter bank here ( I have commitments with brand S,) I make deposits on behalf of my family so find myself here or Cumming ( which is ALWAYS WAY TOO SLOW). Just off the freeway, even on Fridays and near Holidays, this location seems to be pretty speedy and a productive staff to get you taken care of. What else can I say. Could give fewer stars since they don't match my deposits, but that's not realistic. Would be nice though!!!
