They're all disgustingly mean, and every week I go there to cash a check from my employer and every single time they tell me something different about whether I can or cannot do it, even though the check is drawn on a Hancock Whitney account, and they charge me either nothing or whatever fee they decide to charge in the moment. Today it was a $9 fee to cash a check. That is absolutely ridiculous, they gave me back large $100 bills which no one wants, And they had attitude when I asked them to change the bills into 20s or something more manageable. This place is a nightmare, I am so blessed that I don't do my personal banking here, and I actually hope my employer changes because I don't ever wanna have to come back here ever again. It's wasn't bad, until I finally pulled into the lane and realized there was only one teller. There were only two lanes open, but each one had two cars in it, so the service was a little slow. Just seems like the best service would be right when the bank opened, but apparently not.
