Both of my accounts were in good standing and had no fraudulent activity. The manager said she would write an email to her manager, which I presume she did but by now it's been 2 days and I haven't heard back. I was a customer in good standing for *over a year.* Then they cancelled both of my accounts are are refusing to explain why.

I mean sometimes you can't make it to the line before you're greeted and ask "how may we help you today?" With most FCUs the rates are usually better then going with a traditional bank, especially for car loans. They a myriad of other services to assist you if you're a member like Notary, extended warranty, and a few others. Eglin FCU is definitely worth the business if looking around for a sound financial institution to do business with.

I needed an account for my disabled son and was told very rudely that they won't help because "I am in charge of his money." I have legal guardianship--no kidding! Since they changed owners, they have really declined in how they speak to people and are becoming increasingly rude with every visit to the Gulf Breeze, FL branch. I asked if she could help and she said no. I waited 10 more minutes and the guy behind me left. Finally the lady that was taking so much time was asked for her ID. She didn't have it, it was in the car, so she left to get it. I'm still standing there. Finally I had enough and walked out. The manager blamed the government shutdown for her being short staffed! Two years ago I had to take out $1500 in cash to do the ICAST show in Orlando. So I find out recently that I have been paying an extra finance charge each month and always in different amounts telling me it's in their terms and service and that until my entire balance is paid including goods and services that my interest rate that should be 12-17% is charging me at a rate of 29.99% for the entire balance with no option to pay off the borrowed cash to get the minimum payment down so my balance of goods and services could be paid off quickly. I have escalated a claim to upper management to tell them that their terms and services agreement is severely flawed since I believe we all assume that your interest is included in your payment monthly not to be charged a separate payment for again a service charge! I WILL leave Wells Fargo because my calculations are that this balance has already been paid off considering these extra late or finance charges when I always pay early and 5-10 times what the minimum payment is. I'm fed up with getting ripped off from a company hiding behind their terms of service agreement! If you have a business card with this bank and have used a cash withdrawal, beware.

I just moved to GB and have had to deal with the local branch. What a joke of a branch. It seems like there is only one person at any given time. Apparently the teller is the one who answers phones too. When you go there, there is always a wait, not because they are busy. 1 person ahead of you may mean a 15 minute wait, not joking! Their customer service is non-existent. I am changing banks, after 30 years with them.
