Even through a failed home purchase (issue with seller not the mortgage), Jamie helped us to navigate our way through things and also to get things established for the next house we eventually found and purchased. She answered any and all questions we were sending her and she was able to break down the answers in a way that made perfect sense to us, not being in the mortgage industry. She even watched the rates like a hawk as they fluctuated up and down and up and down and... In both instances, we did the full loan application, and from the initial purchase contract being signed until we were Clear-to-Close, Jamie got the paperwork pushed through FAST -- pretty sure in record time. I don't know what magic she has, but the the speed that she got things done was impressive!! She went above and beyond in every aspect of her job (and even in many aspects which were not really in her job description). But she helped us SO much and made the mortgage side of the home purchase process completely seamless with zero issues, scares, or turbulence through the 6+ month journey of us finding the right home.
