She just took information from my 2009 taxes and copied them instead of asking me. Then she blamed me when they came back wrong!! Now she's screening calls and taking forever to fix her screw up. I'm actually seeking legal action at this point. If you want your taxes done right the 1st time, just go to Liberty Tax or H&R block. It's not worth the trouble to get them done here. She's way overpriced anyway even if she did do them right. $100 fee no matter what you need. Atleast @ H&R block, your services are done based off of the forms you need and most of them are half Margie's price. Plus they require education every year...Margie's work makes her look like she hasn't taken time to learn taxes since she got her license...law's change and new credits are out there. He breaks down the big financial stuff that can be so overwhelming into digestible bits so that you can understand, but don't feel dumb. He gives you multiple options, explains them and then shares what he would do, but with no pressure, more as a reference. And, if you are wanting to make a dumb investment, he won't "let" you because he is committed to being a good steward of your family's investments. Everyone needs someone who will save them from themselves - Spencer is that guy. At the end of the day, you know he has your back and is working to ensure your future. And Pam, his right hand, is amazing as well - always has the answer or gets it. So kind and you can always hear the smile in her voice when she wishes you a good day. They are both quick in their responses (email, phone calls), so even though we're in Arizona and they are in Arkansas, we do not feel like we receive subpar service because of the distance. Any time we reach out, we are greeted warmly, just as we would if we were to walk into their office. Just can't say enough good things about Spencer and Pam!
