They are all so warm and loving. They honored all of my nervous "new Mom" requests, especially in the early days when I was so cautious about leaving my first child. The curriculum was age appropriate for each stage our children were in and prepared them well to start elementary school. The school was truly a blessing for us. When the ups and downs of life got crazy, the Goddard School was the one consistent and dependable factor. He barely survived bullying atmosphere of owner's children in the class room and biased treatment of owners. This school has a policy to put a 4 year child in a small wooden box or cube called "safety cube" in order to calm him/ her down. How terrifying? My son was traumatized by this experience. I wish no child to go through this. We experienced unprofessional behaviors from the school owners when I dis-enrolled my son from the school. My son in his new school is happy and SAFE, and that is all what matters to me. Please spread the words and reach out to me if you are considering Weston-Goddard school.

My son already identifies letters, numbers and shapes and often comes home singing new songs they've learned. There were so many hands on activities that I have never seen before in the regular preschool classroom because I never really knew what a Montessori school was until I met Maria and she guided me through her extensive curriculum. Apparently he will choose the activities he is interested in and they will provide him with lessons. Since each child could be learning something different at any given moment they have up to three teachers with only 10 children. It seems there's so much opportunity for our child to grow and learn in this warm and nurturing environment. I didn't feel this comfortable when we walked into the large daycare facility by our house so that is why I was so happy to have found this Montessori. The Spanish is an added bonus! Although this preschool is tiny and run out of the teacher's home, it is as good as it gets!!! Our daughter, Kate, could not be happier to go to school each day, and the founder and lead teacher, Gabi Maza, is fantastic....she is a highly-educated, creative, kind and energetic native Spanish speaker . Kate's Spanish is coming along by leaps and bounds, and we are amazed at how much she is learning about such a wide variety of topics...gardening, space, numbers, letters, cooking...to name a few. Gabi is also dedicated to keeping the class size small, which, as an educator myself, I feel is essential for quality learning.
