This is my first time using a Regus space and service. While the front desk staff member was friendly, I feel this was a missed opportunity to provide a proper welcome to a first-time visitor. When I mentioned that it was my first visit, she smiled and led me to the coworking space without offering any further guidance. From what I gathered, it seems there isn't a clear process or training in place for welcoming new guests. For instance, she mentioned that if I were actively inquiring about using the space, I would have received a tour covering the layout, amenities, restrooms, Wi-Fi, and other essential details. However, since I wasn't specifically asking, no such information was provided. As a result, I was left to ask questions about basic things like the Wi-Fi password, restroom location, and the guidelines for using the lounge. This lack of proactive communication made for a disappointing first-time experience. I believe there is an opportunity here for Regus to improve the onboarding process for new visitors to make their experience more seamless and welcoming. read more

I went in for a quote and was accommodated extremely well. I was offered a tour of the spaces as well as possibilities for my team of 15. The pricing and terms were extremely transparent, which was much appreciated as the representative took their time with my inquiries. Very friendly and helpful staff, neat and organized interior, quiet shared space for lunch, and a majority of the rooms have a pretty nice view of the exterior with plenty of sun. read more

Regus is an unethical company that does not believe in maintaining client relationships much less value its own name. Every aspect of dealing with Regus has left a bitter taste in my mouth. They do not honor contracts nor are Regus' accounting and or customer service teams empowered to resolve issues. Better Business Bureau rates Regus with an F rating based on hundreds of complaints received from clients complaining about inflated invoices, fraudulent billing and contracts that get extended without client consent. Regus is in bankruptcy court and this is Regus' second bankruptcy in less than twenty years. Given the horrible experience I've had with Regus I believe that Regus finds itself facing insolvency because its clients despise Regus and want to run away from getting abused. read more

The office space is always kept clean and in order with plenty of seasonal and festive decorations to lighten the mood. I work in a similar space at a different location now but I'd love to share my experience. All the spaces are accessible via a key. Like a real metal turn it in the lock key. The highest of tech is available to you! Once inside my office was a converted closet. It seated one perfectly. Although when I opened my door, I was staring at the receptionists profile and it was awkward. So my door was usually closed. Inside my space I could sit in my unergonomic chair and touch both walls. Just to give you a sense of how vast and spacious my "office" was. No desks just tables, couldn't adjust the chair so had stress ball up in my shoulders. The garbage was taken out nightly. There was no window! Truly a closet. The door stuck so I had to use my shoulder to get in. There was a window just outside my office where people on the street would try to interact with me. I often closed the blinds. The bathroom is not in the space but a walk around the corner. The kitchen had silverware, a fridge, micro and dw. Not the cleanest place ever. The coffee was a pay plan only but the water was free. The people in the space were nice enough. The receptionist changed all the time. One of them was quite bubbly the other was unnecessarily snooty, one was a temp and the other was a trainer. The garage is underground and down a curved driveway. It's free with the office and had an elevator into the space. The area was surrounded with restaurants and shops. It was very close to a bus line/stop and the train was less than a mile away. The freeways were a few miles away but on the whole relatively accessible. Hot be quite frank, I'm happy to be out of that space solely for the reason that I now have a window! read more

This is a great place to work. The location is very convenient with lots of great places to eat and drink for lunch and dinner. The amenities and facilities are top notch with everything that you can think of. There's shopping close by as well and a gym that's less than 10 minutes away. Only chose Regus if it is over 35% cheaper than the next best option. They will tack on a bunch of fees for coffee, moving ... You can either spend hours on the phone and get them reversed or just let them get away with it. I am a Regus member and wanted to compliment the exemplary customer service of the Mountain View location staff. While the staff is always very cheerful, welcoming and pleasant, I want to more specifically recognize Gabe for his responsiveness and flexibility in addressing my short-term space request. He answered my emails and calls over the weekend, and got me into a space immediately. In addition to giving me a welcomed discount, he also addressed my special furniture requests. Trish was also instrumental in making it happen. While she had already so much to do, she squeezed in the execution of my rapid move with a smiley face, kind words and a positive attitude. Megan and Kyle are also at the ready in delivering great customer service on a daily basis. This Regus branch is certainly a great example and has generated positive discussion amongst my friends. read more

My company works out of this office, we have a large staff that uses the office as a main hub. The Regus staff here is more than accommodating when it comes to operating our business from day to day in a professional manner. Our business has many specific requests for phone transfers as well as walk in clients who don't know we just have 1 office in this suite because of the professional manner in which the Regus staff conduct themselves! Regus helps our business move forward in a positive way, I personally appreciate all they have done and continue to do for our company! We have been here for several years and I foresee our company choosing to stay many more. They also just remodeled their lounge area it is a lot more modern and yet still professional for businesses of any size or industry. I personally enjoy the great coffee/tea bar! read more

DO NOT RENT from Regus. Yes, the center and the people are nice. But, they have dishonest business practices. Turns out they have an F rating from the Better Business Bureau and so many complaints that they only display half of them. Easy to find with a search, I just didn't think to do that before we rented because everything looked so 'nice' and the people are so 'friendly.' We rented a small office in Nov 2019 and were overcharged by $2,715, including an extra month of rent and a automatic cleaning charge they didn't tell us about when we rented. I followed up with their manager who I rented from said he was sorry he didn't explain it better (i.e. lied to me), but there was nothing he could do. What? I then spoke with their corporate office who said they would address it but then never got back to me. So I called the Mountain View center again but the manager had left, so I spoke with the new manager, and then the corporate office again. Everyone was 'nice' and said they would fix it, but then disappeared. And, they are smart because by the time they had delayed through all of this, the 118 day dispute period from Visa elapsed, so my credit card company can't do anything. If you're not convinced, here's what else they did... - When I first started, the main rental line quoted a price, but when I got there the price was higher. The price quoted was for theoretically the lowest price they offered, but wasn't currently available. The local center blamed the national rental people with an offhand comment that they keep asking them not to do that. I should have known that was a bad sign. - When I signed on a screen for my first charge, they used that signature to keep charging my card even though I didn't authorize the other charges. When I asked about it, they said I had actually authorized all charges. Be careful what you're signing there, they are very tricky. - They say they will refund my last month deposit, but they held it. Turns out they require renters to ask them to return it, then provide a bank account so they can direct deposit it (even though I paid by credit card), and it'll take a while. They did finally refund it, but it was very strange and delayed. In summary, nice space, nice people at the front desk, but the business itself is THE WORST. I've been running my business for 20 years and I've never had such a bad experience with such a dishonest company. I suggest looking somewhere else for renting an office space. read more

I visited this center a few years ago and it seemed a little rough. I recently came back and it seems that it has a new manager and it's going great! The staff is always helpful, but I wanted to specifically praise Bianca. All staff is wonderful but she goes above and beyond to help others. Troy is a very nice fellow as well! Buyer beware! Regus is very good with their sales staff, and they will 'work' with you to get you the best possible rate to sign up for the most basic service of having a virtual office. They will rush you through the sign-up process and neglect to tell you that they have very stringent cancellation policies. After we moved to our own office space, allowing for a transition time of 3 months, I called Regus to cancel the virutal office package I had with them. The center manager was quick to respond with "let me look into it - you are beyond the 90 day notification period". And within an hour he confirmed that they will enforce the 90-day notification period, having renewed our contract by another year. There was nothing that he can do to reverse this situation. After several calls and being tossed back and forth (the manager has gone completely quiet); this is what I discovered: 1) The center manager does have discretion over reducing the fees (I made clear to him that no one had made me aware of the 90 day notification period) 2) If you have your bank's dispute resolution team call Regus, suddenly they become a lot more forthcoming with information (I asked for a copy of my signed contract which I did not get until my bank called them) 3) This must be a well-established racket in their system because until I had my bank call them, each and every person was skilled at tossing me to the next person and passing the buck (in fact one person even gave me the wrong number for the office of the area director). I had been a customer for a year, and during that time, used the facility only once. The building looks impressive on the outside, but as you enter the reception, at the time the area opened into a room piled with boxes. I certainly could not bring a customer over. I had also signed up for mail forwarding. It took 3-4 reminders before they started sending them to me regularly. I am all for supporting businesses - as long as their service is commensurate to the value they are providing. Regus' service was sub-par, over-priced and business ethics poor. Yes, I made a mistake and did not understand their convoluted legal language under the duration and cancellation clause. For this, I expressed my willingness to pay a penalty for missing the 90 day notification period by 2 months. 3 months worth of fees in way of penalty makes sense - but a whole year? I will certainly spread the word within the entrepreneurial community. I had much better luck at the Bay Business Center over at Newark. They were accommodating, friendly, priced reasonably and independently run. If being at a certain location is not a requirement, and had I known of the option ahead of time, I would happily have picked them over Regus. read more
