TRIGGER WARNING: harassment I was physically harassed here on my second day after I paid in full for a month. I brought this to the attention of the sales team and to the regional manager immediately and privately and I suggested a refund so I could work elsewhere. My requests were refused completely and zero effort was made to make things right or to increase my comfort or to adjust my payment. This was 2 months ago. We leased two offices beginning late Summer 2022. Bill and his team were kind enough to let us move in a few days early due to an upcoming holiday weekend. The location is very convenient -- right off Hwy 101. Plenty of parking. A cafe downstairs is open for breakfast and lunch, with friendly service and tasty food options. The move-in was so easy as Regus provides you with many office furniture options (included in the lease at no extra charge). All we brought were our computers, files, and misc office supplies. The front desk staff is friendly. They handle all incoming mail and packages for us and deliver to our office. We have access to a conference room if needed (included in the lease) as well as a kitchen area with access to a refrigerator and microwave. read more

Updating my review. They passed me off to an accountant who can't answer any questions or help with my concerns. Regus will take care of you if you have a big account. Those without resources are treated like dirt. They even blocked any complaints on their Facebook page because they can't fix their CS problems. read more

The office space is good enough when I rented a few years ago. However, I wanted a lease this year and when I signed up and got the lease online it said VIRTUAL office. Since I needed to use the lease for another application in my field, the virtual in large print would not meet that requirement. I immediately called the person who was helping me and said I need to cancel this agreement now,. She said she dod not have that ability and I needed to call the company to refund payment on mob credit card. A number of steps later, with my credit card removing charge pending talking to the company, I thought the matter was ended. then todays, weeks later, i got a statement requiring me to pay for the matter would be turned over to a credit reporting agency. So, naturally, i paid it immediately. Ido not know if there is the equivalent of a "lemon law" about cancelling a lease immediately before any action was taken to use the office (cancelled within 5 minutes! )..... but I might explore it further. read more

I have visited quite a few different Regus locations and must state that this one in particular is highly accommodating, organized and clean. Professional Office Space with Flexible Arrangements. We have been a member/client since 2011 and appreciated the professional staff and amenities over the last 8 years. Very economical solution to needing occasional office space for internal meetings or when our clients are in town. Conference room and reception area are clean and updated and make a great first impression for any of our visitors. The staff has always been courteous and handles our deliveries with ease as well as notifying us when critical packages or mail shows up while we are out of the office. The Manager, Bill and his staff, Jabari and Maggie are always helpful, courteous and professional for the last 2 years that I had been renting with them. Their customer service is exceptional. They bring our mail into our office which is excellent. It is very economical with fully equipped conference room and a kitchen. The facility is clean and well maintained and has a spacious, convenient parking and a cafe downstairs. I have no plans to move away from here as this is the place where I will expand my business. Well, Regus went downhill after my last review. All the front staff mysteriously disappeared and were replaced with people - I can only assume - management thought looked the part better. Unfortunately, the personalized service suffered as a result. When I finally left, the way I was treated was disappointing. For example, despite being a customer for years, they had all my mail returned to sender without notifying me I still had mail there. A quick email or phone call would have been so easy. They also made me continue paying rent for months after I no longer used the office. So in short, I'll never go back. There are better options out there. read more

ZERO STARS!!! Check Regus out on Better Business Bureau, they have an F rating for a reason. Do NOT do business with Regus, you will regret it. Contract terms are odious, shared offices are cramped, help desk is powerless to help you. I've never gotten the run around like I have at Regus ever. Now I am paying for 13 months of membership to sit in the lobby that I will never use. And why exactly, does Regus need 90 days notice to cancel an agreement to sit in the lobby of the office? Regus is the McDonald's of office space! There's a nice shared office space in downtown San Rafael on A Street, and a nice place in Ross, among many other options. Definitely shop around, and review your contract terms before agreeing to anything. read more

Regus is a very corporate run environment with little attention to customer service. They are very well equipped to bill for everything but not very responsive to complaints. If you consider renting at Regus read the lease very carefully - there are very severe exit penalties and expenses. My business was a tenant for over 5 years and would never rent at a Regus again. The front desk receptionist are very friendly and welcoming to tenants and visitors unfortunately the management has little to no authority for problem solving. read more

Careful, you can get a bad attitude at the front desk. The gentleman we dealt with was rude and dismissive, not needed when meeting with clients. If you do use this space, know that you're not really getting what you paid for. This is a pricy place, the reception should reflect this price. read more
