Neu.works is no different, located in the heart of Cherry Creek, just a block away from the famous Cherry Cricket, the space occupies prime real estate. I came here for a book club meeting. One of the club members has been working out of neu.works so they offered the space for us to use. About 15 of us parked ourselves on their lovely patio and enjoyed great conversation in the warm Colorado summer evening. The fake grass on the patio was also a nice touch. The only downside is the parking, as it is Cherry Creek. Street parking can be hard to find. There are two parking garages only a block away. I parked on the one by Wells Fargo which was pretty empty for Thursday night. Also, the entrance might be hard to find as there are some development going on and it's not right by the sidewalk. To get to the entrance, go through the "alleyway" between ink coffee and thirsty lion.

For both coworking spaces, paying for parking is necessary but worthwhile. Always excellent customer service from the front desk and what I perceive to be bougie perks like Bevi machines. On this particular day, I holed myself up in a conference room because I was on back to back calls, though that meant I didn't get to explore much of the layout. I'll have to do that next time. Dingy building exterior masks the sleek modern look with plants and modern furniture. Find an all-day parking garage and make a trip of it. Grab lunch or check out happy hour at one of the many wonderful nearby eateries in Cherry Creek!

One major issue is parking costs, as there is some street parking, but mainly, it's a large garage across the street, which costs $18 for more than 4 hours. That said, there's parking just across the street! Layout has multiple seating, from couch-style, to communal table, to counter-bar-stool-style. A fairly bustling place, as there are a lot of people there, though it didn't feel over-crowded. The usual coworking amenities are available: Free beer, tea, coffee. Some snacks/soda for pay. Wifi is solid and fast. Day passes available. Bathrooms: Lots of them, all-gender, clean, spacious, and modern.

Has the amenities of a modern coworking space but feel of a home, and people are mostly dressed casual here. I personally recommend wearing pajamas; you won't feel out of place. There's some of the usual small rooms for phone calls, and different seating arrangements from desks to counter-style seating to couch-style. Kitchen is pretty basic, with some basic tea and coffee. No snacks, either free or for sale. There is also some beer. WiFi seems decently fast and reliable. There are two printers. Not disability-friendly, as it's an old home; I didn't see any ramps for entry nor elevators for other floors. I saw some covered bicycle storage in the basement, and parking is super-easy, as street parking is all-day and free, and behind the place, there's a private parking lot, also free. Some good food places within a few minutes walking. People are most communal and friendly here than other spaces. Day passes available, less expensively than other places. Bathrooms: Lots of them; clean and spacious, with windows!

Despite being in the (hopefully) end of this pandemic, it is a space where everyone is respectful of each other's safety and Rex pays a lot of attention to keeping it clean and sanitary.
