Shame on you guys for taking advantage of someone with a 'disability'. Shame on you for kicking an artist when they are down. Gear often turned up missing in the gear closet. Elevator is cramped. Bathroom is neat, but accounting is dirty. I suggest looking up one of many other rental studios. 28 on 29 for example is quite good! I left them with an open offer, and they are free to reach out to me. All I want to do is pay them for the storage and get my gear back. Thank you!

Other than that, it's a great location, many floors to do work, and they offer complementary coffee and various drinks on each floor.

They had coffee and snacks available, and I did grab a cup of drip coffee, which was pretty good for drip. Also worth mentioning was the chairs, which were really comfortable. Overall a decent experience for a rare WeWork experience.

They do not have a way to cancel on their website and they do not respond to cancelation requests through their message portal on their website. They never returned my calls. I finally found an email which would respond to my cancellation request, and they denied my cancellation request because it was 90 days or less to cancel this virtual office. It was 55 days before the auto renewal was supposed to start. So they charged us $1,300 and the auto renewal isn't set to start for 3 more weeks. We are a small business and they refuse to do a pro-rated refund or anything for our upcoming year renewal that hasn't even started yet. All for a virtual office space.

Provided us with a projector, white board, Bluetooth speaker, and extra supplies to make our event complete. I have been living here for 1.5 years and everyday is getting worst. They raise the rent every year…read morebut the services are reduced. We went from 24hr security to 2pm to 7am (meaning between 7.01am to 1.59pm you are unprotected) I am concerned for my family safety. They said they have "protocols" but is a lie. I wouldn't be surprised if one day my car would be vandalized. They dont enforce the rules in the contract (btw, there is no mention of the security, very convenient) there are people using parking spots that arent theirs, the visitor parking is also used by permanent residents, the guards do rounds when they remember, otherwise they are watching their phones and smoking. Maintenance team is slow and rude when you need it. Shootout to Eric who does whatever he can, the supervisors are smoking and fooling around. The only amenity is the gym. The co-working space isn not existent. The dog park, abandoned. And the Marijuana smell is everywhere. On top of that there is censure. They changed the platform we used to have so you cannot send complaints nor communicate between neighbors. I have seen residents publishing (on paper, like posters) their complaints on the front door and immediately they take the papers out. I have been contacted management team several times and they never answer, they doesn't care. And of course they don't reimburse for the days you don't received the service.
