There is a big common area, a kitchen, several conference rooms, and small individual office spaces. With all the financial troubles that one of the major international coworking companies is experiencing, it's nice to see a model like this. The location is a little hard to find, it's around the corner from Thundershirt. There is street parking but it might be paid parking -- I parked further away so I wasn't sure. Their customer service is extremely frustrating. No one you deal with on a day to day basis can help you, it's "company policy". Their "customer service department" is actually just their finance department which is very weird. However after much frustration, a nasty yelp review, many calls and emails - I ended up being able to reach the regional manager who was able to help me. They did in fact allow me out of my contract (I had to cancel with three months notice which was fine). I am happy with the end result but i maintain that their policy needs to change and they need to seriously work on their customer service.

They brought out one pan of turkey meatballs, one pan of crab cakes and to small plates of fruit skewers that lasted all on 20 mins into the event. If you are a 95% of every other business that wears a polo and khakis to work then you will feel way out of place. I would not recommend this place, but steer you towards the many co-working spaces in the area such as Bull City Coworking in Durham, HQ Raleigh in downtown and Entrepreneurs Exchange in Chapel Hill on Bolin Heights.
