I visited this location for a Durham Chamber event and was impressed with what I saw. It's a coworking space but with an emphasis on community and nonprofits. There is a big common area, a kitchen, several conference rooms, and small individual office spaces. With all the financial troubles that one of the major international coworking companies is experiencing, it's nice to see a model like this. The location is a little hard to find, it's around the corner from Thundershirt. There is street parking but it might be paid parking -- I parked further away so I wasn't sure.
