I have never had a medical provider show me an unnecessary and outdated video before knowing a single thing about my situation or current knowledge. My first impression was feeling unimportant, not knowledgeable, and unwanted.

They had to drain an abscess that cost almost $2000 which is absolutely ridiculous but I was in so much pain I didn't have any other choice. It cost almost $800 to have me put on sedation for 15 minutes. I left there and was told to go to Walgreens and get some ibuprofen even though I just had four teeth cut out and an abscess drained on my jaw! They refused to give me a prescription for 800 mg ibuprofen. The office stinks!! She understood and put me on oxygen and a heartbeat monitor, then another nurse came in and all she said was 'm putting your iv in then poked me. She poked me twice before the doctor came in because she couldn't hit a vein. He poked me 5 times and still couldn't hit a vein. Then another nurse came in and tried and still couldn't hit a vein. The doctor tried again, still no luck. He blew both of my arms, my hands, and my foot and showed no remorse. have 15 needle marks in my arm from being poked so man) times, not to mention I was crying and shaking the entire time. All I was told "why are you so scared? "Needles. " "but you have tattoos?" Then poked. Or "hold very still" "stay still" I never got a "I'm sorry". He then proceeded to try the surgery with me awake. He went to numb my mouth and I felt a needle pierce through my skin, I freaked. He said "this is not happening" threw his stuff down and walked out shaking his head. By this point I was hyperventilating, nurses were catching attitudes with me and I could not calm myself down. All they were worried about was cleaning the room, making sure their doctor was okay and sending me home with antibiotics and getting me scheduled to try again. I honestly wouldn't have minded his attitude or the nurses attitudes if I got a "I'm sorry. " but never did it once come from anyone's mouth. I felt embarrassed, disrespected and in overall shock by how this doctor "gollohon" treated my fear and my body. 15 needle marks in my arm hand and foot, and they want me to come back and pay them 3,000 dollars for it to be done again. I got a refund and will be finding another oral surgeon, please don't make the same mistake as me.

Actually yes!…read more Aspen has their own annual insurance (around $60 I believe) for folks whose employer does not include dental or like me opted out (not that my plan was accepted anywhere around here according to a coworker). You don't know you need the insurance until a vertical root fracture happens. The practice also takes CareCredit and if you use cc you know how much that interest free payment plan means. The office administrators are incredible and will do their utmost to ensure you are seen sooner when experiencing pain. From a non-pain appointment I was also seen a little early (no complaints here). The dentists and hygienists are amazing. They listen without judgment and give honest opinions and referrals. They take seriously that some of us have childhood dental trauma and specific anxieties. When I needed one more shot of novocaine there were no questions asked and the molar extractions went quick and smoothly. I have always been allowed my noise cancelling headset and a female hygienist in the room if not a female dentist/oral surgeon. I felt seen, heard and respected. They tried to save my second molar and when it broke weeks later; I was immediately scheduled for the second extraction. I cannot recommend this place enough for affordable dental care.

I have had the worst experience dealing with Dr. Coley. When I got my implants the first time, they were horrible, one hung low and one sat up in my chest and one was a lot bigger than the other. The size difference is something I discussed with him even before I ever got the implants. When I called a few months after surgery I was told I would HAVE to wait a year to let the implants settle in. I was so upset and hated the way my breast looked. Finally I got back in the office in 2019 to discuss fixing them. I again addressed the size difference and said that it was very noticeable. I even said "when my mom saw them, the size difference is the first thing she said about them." His response in a very rude and sarcastic way was "did you tell your mom to show you hers, I bet they're two different sizes too." I was appalled. Moving on from that comment we discussed how to fix them and that I wanted to size up since he wouldn't let me them larger first time. I was quoted $2000 to get them fixed. I did it because I was depressed about the first ones and just wanted them fixed. After the second surgery, the very next morning I could tell that they were wrong. They hung way too low, my nipple now faced downward and one was still noticeably larger than the other. I was devastated. I addressed it all the very next day. To no avail. Well the year wait came, and it was 2020, we all know how 2020 went. Then came 2021 and I went through many personal things and an emergency surgery and couldn't get back in the office, 2022 was a replay of 2021 with another emergency surgery. So finally 2023, I get back in his office. I drive an hour to get there, I speak with the nurse and tell her every single thing that is wrong, and that has been wrong since day one. She tells me she's going to go speak with him and he'll be right in. He comes in, is in there for a grand total of two minutes. Brushes all my concerns off, yet again, walks out and tells me he will get me a quote for a breast lift. I am then handed a quote for $8600. $8600 to fix his mess ups. After I have already given him that if not more for the first two. I have a long conversation with the girl who gave me the quote and with how upset I was. I was told she would talk to him and they would get back with me. It's been two weeks and I've heard nothing. So very long story short, I do not recommend Coley Cosmetics at all.
