Our review was brought to her attention and she stepped up when no-one else was willing to do so. She offered to replace our stove but unfortunately they could not install for a couple of weeks. Fortunately our son is an electrical engineer so she arranged for the new stove to be delivered to us on 7/30. Our current model was out of stock so we were offered an upgrade. The delivery person on 7/30 was very nice and her van was a low rider so Doug and I were able to help her set it in our garage. The stove was installed that evening and the broken stove was picked up on 8/10 by two Ferguson associates who could not have been any nicer. Thank you Cassie for coming to the rescue and it is awesome to be able to cook for my family. We appreciate you so much when Whirlpool would not! I will definitely buy from Ferguson in the future but it will not be Whirlpool!

As each year goes by the floors look worse and I regret that I didn't do my work to find a better flooring company. The problems started when the crew mgr. called me to come to the house due to a small section of hardwood I added that wasn't going in right. He did come up with a solution that worked. But, I noticed the color of the floors in the kitchen, dining room and foyer were different than the color in the family room, but they kept going and didn't stop to tell me that there was a problem, the family room and kitchen run together as one big room! (Apparently the wood in the family room was a different grade of wood than the kitchen.) The color that I asked for was in the family room. The crew leader said that since they did all the other floors, they would only redo the color in the family room. I said absolutely not, that isn't the color that I asked for. The crew started yelling at me in Spanish, they were not happy. I'm not sure what they didn't do, but after a couple of years, my floors were a mess. Lots of color kept coming off when mopping them (I waited several months before mopping), and the floor is dull in places and not smooth and there are gashes in the wood that I never had before. I do have a dog, but I've always had dogs and never have had this problem. I also had to work with the crew, Doug, who's the owner didn't handle any of my problems, he said I needed to work with the crew. My mother had just passed away, this entire experience with D & D was one that I really regret.

When Metehan came to our house he had innovative ideas that no one else had. His eye for design is amazing. He notices everything and brings it all together. He and Sophia work so well together. She is great with making the selections and she and Met are in the same page. It was wonderful to work with them and the people that laid out quartz did such an awesome job that you can't even see the one seam that had to be done. Sophia was very helpful in pairing different materials together and also getting the details down to the color of the grout (which I had no idea it even mattered). They have a terrific assortment of materials from the basic and traditional, to the classic and timeless, to the trendy and colorfully patterned. It's everything from flooring, backsplash, countertops, accent tiles to make your kitchen or bathroom amazing.
