I made an appointment easily…read more They came out and gave me an evaluation but needed to order the part we needed to fix the problem. The part came in a day later than expected but they communicated promptly. They scheduled to come out as soon as they had the part and service was quick and the problem was fixed. I love that they text to let you know they're on their way, along with a picture of the tech. The tech was professional and polite. I will definitely use them again if needed.     STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! If I could give negative stars I would. I have a dryer that does…read morefour way venting. I needed it switched from rear to side venting. When I called they said they could definitely do that and scheduled me. The person they sent was AWFUL!!! He had no idea what he was doing, pretended like he did until he got the whole dryer taken apart and then said "oh you can't side vent this because there's not a hole here" when there is a knock out clearly marked and it says it in the manual that you can do it. Then he tried to charge me $79 for not knowing what he was doing. When I refused he got very aggressive and more rude. He called me stupid and threatened me when he left, repeatedly saying he "would see me soon". As a women it was TERRIFYING. Im really glad my husband was here but I would be so scared if he was in the house with a woman by himself. Frankly, call literally ANYONE ELSE before you call these horrible people. Also, in case they try to say the dryer isn't four way venting the model is GTD58EBPVDG It literally says it in the manual.

If I could give negative stars I would. I have never experienced anything like this. I am not a guy to write reviews or be a high maintenance customer, but this next level failure of a retailer. I will be filing in small claims court. Take your business elsewhere! I had the extended warranty on a dryer, belt failed but the warranty tech said that the dryer's bottom was damaged on delivery and he could not repair it. I had the dryer "professionally" delivered and installed by queen city. I made multiple calls, mostly getting voicemails. Eventually, I spoke with 3 different customer service people who shuffled me around. One said she was getting with the warranty company for a second opinion. (I later called the warranty company and they had not had any communications with Queen city. They escalated the matter and attempted to call QC for input and they did not answer or respond to messages.). After a week I went into the store and asked to see the store manager. I spoke with Kyle who acted like he was going to help. He failed to call back after 6 days and 3 messages. I finally caught him answering the phone and he said "they" told him to "step back and let the office manager handle it". He gave me the office manager's number. Several more days, and me leaving a couple voicemails for the office manager and I have not had a reply. I will be spending the $60 to file a small claims case at the county courthouse. Dont trouble yourself with this place, too many retailers who will at least make a half-hearted attempt at a resolution of a problem.

I called them & they said it was still under warranty. They gave me the Whirlpool number, I called & set up the service appointment.     With the current events, I was wanting a chest freezer. They are sold out at the big box stores all…read moreacross the region. Obviously, other people had the same idea that I did. And so here's Flippin Jays who manages to get a truckload of chest freezers in an assortment of sizes. I wanted one and they wanted to sell one. The purchase process could have been smoother but I'm very forgiving here. Six feet of "social distancing" doesn't work well when you have a bunch of folks who want something that's in short supply. They did as well as they could under the circumstances and everyone who was there at the store when it opened got their purchase, though maybe not in the order they had originally queued up. That's a minor ding. And speaking of minor ding, this is "scratch and dent." My chest freezer was clearly used but it's operational, guaranteed for 90 days and I'm sure some "goo gone" will get rid of the marks on it. The folks did not want to be dealing with the public today. Definitely not a bunch of people who were about a minute away from an actual riot. But they did pretty well keeping things as organized as they could and selling what people wanted to buy They loaded it into my vehicle for me, which was awesome service.
