There was great communication in the beginning to get the information of my accident, but after that, radio silence. To the point where I was leaving class whenever I saw their name pop up because I don't remember the last time they called me. I shouldn't be calling every single week to receive updates on my case, i felt pushed to the side and not cared for at all. The settlement money was way less than I had hoped for, and was decided without my knowledge, which I specifically told them not to do. Overall, would say that my experience was less than great and it felt like I was pulling teeth for a year straight and when I communicated it to them several times, there was never a change.
