The entire process was seamless from start to finish. Our place needed a little bit of extra care to prepare it for sale and he was able to guide us through every step. He helped identify which updates and upgrades would bring in the maximum return on investment and avoid any unnecessary costs. He provided referrals for contractors, cleaners, staging, and more. Not once did he pressure or push us to use any of the referrals he provided. While we didn't end up going with all of the referrals, we did use quite a few of them as their pricing and work were very competitive to other sources we found on our own. This review is a little overdue. Moving always makes your life a little crazy for awhile. I hired Reid when I bought my condo in Playa del Rey and then a year later after I decided I was moving to Chicago for personal reasons, I hired Reid to sell it. As both a buyer and seller, Reid was the best! As a seller, I followed Reid's advice about how to make my condo look good, price it appropriately to obtain potential buyers and have an open house fairly quickly. I got six offers in the first week and the condo was "bid up". I feel that Reid's advice to price it a bit lower is what brought in all of those bids. It was the perfect strategy to make more money than I thought I could make owning the condo for only one year. As a buyer, Reid was very patient with me and helped me buy the most AWESOME condo that was clearly an AWESOME investment.
